A good friend call in A Superior Mechanical after the builder and mechanical company that installed…read morethe HVAC system in her new home were unable to diagnose and fix the problem. My presence was requested as I've built several home and have personally installed home mechanical systems, as well as dealt with sub contractors in instances, to interface and ask questions. When Brandon, the technician showed up, we were struck by his personality, his professionalism, and his knowledge. After a brief explanation of the problem, he set out an inspection plan, and met with us to thoroughly explain the process, and provided a detailed proposal for the work. We were both struck by how pleasant the experience was, and the confidence inspired by the entire process. After several months of frustration, we are looking forward to a smooth resolution of the problem with this company. It's a pleasure to see that courtesy, competence, and service are not dead, after-all!

MDC was recommended and even though they were closed (it was now Saturday), said they'd have someone out at 8 a.m. Monday so I could get new appliance in. There were two workers at my door at 7:55 a.m. Monday and by 10:30 entire rat's nest situation was resolved, wiring was put in correctly through a box - and it turned out the old stove was working! They were professional but just as important is they listened to me and my situation - boxed appliances sitting in living room - and worked a solution around all that at a fair price. So hard to find these days, HIGHLY recommended!!

Third time that I have used Billy Graham for A/C service. I…read morehonestly can't imagine calling anyone else for A/C service or installation. Been in a heat wave for the last month or so and last night as I was getting ready to go to bed the Mrs informed me that the thermostat was reading 75 degrees and the outside unit was making a loud humming noise every few minutes. I called Billy around 0730 this morning and told him I thought that the start capacitor for the compressor was bad and he was here within the hour. Turned out to not be the capacitor but rather a faulty breaker. Billy repaired the breaker and also left me with a spare capacitor. Job was finished and A/C working before 9am. Billy is always fast, friendly, and professional. My wife has had to call him one time while I was out of town on business and his technicians didn't try to sell her any unnecessary service as some places tend to do with women. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Holiday Beach mechanical was one of 3 companies that I asked for a quote, Casey came out, took pictures, worked up the quote, and was professional and fast. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but they were the most professional and said they could finish in two days. They came out and the 2 plumbers were courteous and quick! The job was finished as promised and I was very pleased with their service. PS A few months later I noticed a leak in my master closet, they sent a technician who had to reopen the wall, found the source, fixed it at no charge. I now need to get someone to fix the wall but they came out quickly and corrected the leak.
