There was running water at the end of our property next to a sewer drain. We called Hydro Scout to see if they could weigh in. Trevor Stark was dispatched and was pleasant and helpful. He was able to confirm that the source was not our sewer line or the reclaimed water system. He immediately called the local water company and as a result they arrived within an hour, found the leak and repaired it. Although we needed to cover the cost of this service call, Trevor helped escalate the issue and help get it repaired quickly.

This would've been the perfect opportunity for someone to take advantage of us as we had literally no idea what was going on since we were thousands of miles away. Stacy looked at our well and discovered the issue. We had a connection on a switch that needed some cleaning. He could've easily replaced the part and charged us more but instead he took the time to clean the connection and restore the water service. When we came back home at 2am, the last thing we would've wanted to deal with is not having water but thanks to Burkett and Sons Well Service, we were able to shower away the airport germs and rest without delay. At approximately 10:00 PM, I lost power while my neighbors still had electricity. Florida Power & Light (FPL) confirmed that there was no reported power outage in my area. At 6:30 the following morning, I called Telford Reynolds Electric (TRE). Their response was exceptional. A TRE electrician arrived at my home by 7:30 AM and quickly determined that a failed electrical connector had caused a failure of my main electrical panel. By 9:30 AM, TRE provided me with a written proposal to replace the panel. After I reviewed and approved the proposal, their team was back at my home by 1:30 PM and provided a temporary solution that restored my power for the remainder of the day. The following morning, TRE was back at 7:30 AM and began replacing the main electrical panel. They completed the installation and coordinated the required inspection with the City of Lynn Haven. Once the inspection was approved, TRE coordinated with FPL to have my power restored. While I was waiting for FPL to complete the restoration, the owner of TRE personally came by my home to check on me. That personal attention was a perfect example of the total care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, communication, workmanship, and professionalism of the entire TRE team. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Telford Reynolds Electric will always be my first call for any electrical issue at my home. Adding another review…read more First service request, they came out and changed my thermostat. AC still inefficient. Second service request, they came out and rerouted duct as it was done incorrectly. I still to this day have issues with the AC cooling my home during the summer time. Might I add brand new built house, AC is running constantly and has a hard time getting to even a set temp of 74. I have the electric bills to prove it. For a 2,255 square foot home a 3 ton unit is not efficient. I have 4 other neighbors that are dealing with the very same issue as I am. Modern Air sent me a Manual J that was just produced a week ago because apparently they never did a Manual J at the time of my build as a back pedal which their Manual J said my 2,255 square foot home with no external shade would be efficient with a 33,000 BTU unit. There's no way! I am working with my neighbors to subcontract Manual J calcs to show that all of our units are undersized which we will then take it further. What was submitted to the county for permit was a 3.5 ton unit. What they installed was a 3 ton unit at all 5 of our houses. I have called numerous other HVAC company's and they all confirmed the unit was undersized for the size of my house.

I ended up waiting 2 weeks for him to show and he charged me 2 grand for doing nothing and it still was not working, so I ended up calling another electrician that repaired it in less than an hour.
