At approximately 10:00 PM, I lost power while my neighbors still had electricity. Florida Power & Light (FPL) confirmed that there was no reported power outage in my area. At 6:30 the following morning, I called Telford Reynolds Electric (TRE). Their response was exceptional. A TRE electrician arrived at my home by 7:30 AM and quickly determined that a failed electrical connector had caused a failure of my main electrical panel. By 9:30 AM, TRE provided me with a written proposal to replace the panel. After I reviewed and approved the proposal, their team was back at my home by 1:30 PM and provided a temporary solution that restored my power for the remainder of the day. The following morning, TRE was back at 7:30 AM and began replacing the main electrical panel. They completed the installation and coordinated the required inspection with the City of Lynn Haven. Once the inspection was approved, TRE coordinated with FPL to have my power restored. While I was waiting for FPL to complete the restoration, the owner of TRE personally came by my home to check on me. That personal attention was a perfect example of the total care and professionalism I experienced throughout the entire process. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, communication, workmanship, and professionalism of the entire TRE team. They went above and beyond to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Telford Reynolds Electric will always be my first call for any electrical issue at my home. MDC was recommended and even though they were closed (it was now Saturday), said they'd have someone out at 8 a.m. Monday so I could get new appliance in. There were two workers at my door at 7:55 a.m. Monday and by 10:30 entire rat's nest situation was resolved, wiring was put in correctly through a box - and it turned out the old stove was working! They were professional but just as important is they listened to me and my situation - boxed appliances sitting in living room - and worked a solution around all that at a fair price.
