After calling 5 times, which they always answered the phone, but told me every time I called "I'm busy on a job can you text me" so sure, then I would text and NEVER got a reply after 5 texts, how frustrating. My final text after over a month of trying to schedule him to install an outlet, I begged "If you are too busy let me know and I'll call someone else" still not one response, not a "yeah call someone else, I'm just too busy, I'm sorry we can't make it" nothing. How rude. I have no idea how the would have done installing the outlet, I'm sure fine but the costumer service is lacking big time. Don't waste your time. If I count have left no stars I would have, but then I wouldn't be able to leave this review!

The appliance technician…read morefound only half of the electric power was going to the oven and advised to have an electrician check circuits and wires. We were referred to Morningside Electric by ACE Heating & Cooling and they had an electrician named Kevin handle the service call the same day. Not only was Kevin professional and knowledgeable, he was methodical and patient enough to fix the oven via the circuit breaker (replacement), and obtain a new sprinkler timer, installed it and verified that it was operating correctly. We now have an electrical service company that is professional and cares about the customer. Call Morningstar Electric if you want fast and professional service. Ask for Kevin!

I'm actually located in California, but I still wanted to give Terry and T & T Electrical Service…read moreLLC credit where credit is due. Terry was visiting me for a tattoo appointment when he noticed that my portable AC unit kept shutting off. I'm his tattoo artist, so he definitely wasn't here to work, but that didn't stop him from taking the time to figure out what was going on. It turned out that I most likely had a bad breaker that needed to be replaced. I would have never figured that out myself. All I knew to do was keep resetting the breaker whenever the AC shut off. What impressed me most was that Terry didn't have to help at all. He was away from home, off the clock, and here for a completely different reason, but he still felt the need to help me diagnose the problem. That says a lot about how passionate and knowledgeable he is about his profession. His business may be in Florida, but apparently Terry is an electrician 24/7 no matter what state he's in. If that's the kind of care he shows when he's off the clock, I can only imagine the care he gives his customers. I would absolutely recommend Terry and T & T Electrical Service LLC.
