This business is a thief they stole my refund money for un delivered package. And Eric is rude,unprofessional and very arrogant

We were staying at a local RV Park that no longer accepts packages. Whitney Qwik Pack and Ship received our packages and only charged us $1 a package to receive them,... no problems and great service. I highly recommend. read more

This business has moved to a different location years ago: 207 N Bosque St Whitney, TX 76692 (254) 694-1173 I have dealt with this business many times, since they moved to this new location. The ONLY good thing about this business is you can drop off - pre-paid Fedex packages - at their location. Shall I explain... I have been shipping packages worldwide, regularly, since 1999... it is not a new thing to me. I took a group of pre-packaged boxes, all different sizes, all to U.S. locations, to try out this local business. The owner weighed my packages in front of me (I jotted down the weights), she acted as if she was looking at her computer to get her figures, and verbally quoted me figures that seemed much higher than what I thought Fedex normally charged... the total for all the packages being $98 to ship. After settling with her, she handed me a receipt, that looked to have come from an adding machine. I had to ask for a detailed receipt with tracking numbers, weights, etc... the normal things you get from small shipping centers. She hand wrote a receipt with the tracking numbers, as she began to post each one on the Fedex website. After the long 20-25 minutes in her business to get this done, I returned home, got online to compare the Fedex rates she charged me. I was right, her prices were just what I expected, much higher than actual Fedex prices... approximately $5 more per package. Today, was another story... I had an item that had to be returned to a company. The company sent me a UPS label for shipping, to return the product. The owner charged me a dollar to place the pre-paid UPS package in the UPS box pile, in the front of her business. She claims UPS charges her for doing this. I truly doubt it.
