I recently had the pleasure of using this company to service my air conditioning unit, they arrived…read moreat my house promptly and did the yearly service at a very reasonable price, after leaving my house a problem arose 30 minutes later and the same technician came out and fixed a completely unrelated issue at no charge. I can't recommend this company enough!

I am so happy that I chose to do business with B-Strong Air! I first reached out after purchasing…read moremy new home. I was told the A/C had recently had repairs but was not provided with much else since the unit was working. I called Adam and just asked to get it checked out to make sure everything was in order. He looked at all of the equipment, ran his tests, and explained the blower had just recently been replaced. He advised the unit was in great shape. I decided to sign up for his maintenance program because I want to make sure my unit lasts as long as possible. He comes out every six months, cleans the unit well, and tests all of the equipment to make sure it is functioning properly. After my house was hit by a tornado, I had him come inspect the outdoor unit for damage so I could add it to my insurance claim. He found two small places where debris had hit the lines running to the unit and wrote me an estimate to send to my insurance company. He also told me to give him a call once all of my repairs were complete so he could come out and make sure the unit was cleaned properly since construction dust is so hard on A/C systems. He also advised me of steps I could take with my filters to help limit the amount of dust that gets into the unit itself. I reached out to him last week to schedule the repairs to my outdoor unit, have my unit inspected/cleaned now that construction is done, and ask about cleaning the ducts due to a smell. He came in and made the repairs and looked at my indoor unit. He let me know there was minimal dust but there was a small amount of build up on the coils. He took pictures and then sat down with me to explain everything. He said the build up was minimal so he would not suggest cleaning the coil as it is costly and can reduce the overall life of the unit. He said the amount of debris was not impacting the airflow at all so really wasn't needed. He also explained duct cleaning actually does more damage to the ducts than it actually helps because of the tools used during the cleaning process bang around inside the duct damaging them. He explained if the ducts were in a place where they needed to be cleaned, it would be better to just replace the ducts. He explained the smell I was experiencing was most likely caused by the home being damaged during the storm and the air just needing to circulate for a while to get things filtered out. He suggested I continue to change my filters more frequently until I no longer notice the smell (which has actually already been reduced after doing some deep cleaning). Adam could have easily charged me for services I did not actually need because I thought I did so requested them. Instead, he and his wife Kristin take the honest route and help you solve your problem in the best way possible! I always see this company recommended in my neighborhood group and it is because he has built a great reputation as an honest and fair tradesman! We need more business owners like this in the world. He cares about the customer rather than increasing his bank account with unnecessary repairs! If you are ever in the need of an A/C person, do yourself a favor and call B-Strong Air!! I promise, you will not be disappointed!

Paid through home warranty. At first they were super helpful. The wall unit is black and will not…read moreturn on. So obviously something with the power. They have drained the lines, ordered a new board and gave it to someone else and then finally got a new board. Luckily and grateful weather has not been too bad. So the delays have not been too pressing. But now after the board was replaced and 2 weeks later same issue. Had my husband call and they said to call the home warranty and got hung up on. Which is odd, should be same ticket. However we initiated the call with home warranty on Friday morning at 10 am, here it is Tuesday morning and still nothing. Home warranty confirmed the ticket was reopened. Luckily have floor heaters to keep the house a little warm in the evenings. But days away from being in low 30s and going to have no heat in the house. I understand weekend and was not expecting anyone to make contact for the weekend, but being in service for 15 years- I did expect at least a call yesterday and did not get one. They are getting paid so not sure why the delay and let someone just go without air. @chris it was NOT a month later. We just called the home warranty on Friday and they created a new ticket as it is still same issue. I can pull up the dates. The home warranty was canceled as the board was replaced and you assured us it was fixed. As a service of a business with the exact same issue and I have been a service manager for 15 years you should own your work regardless! Does not matter. It has not even barely been 2 weeks. This does not allow screen shots or I would outline here. This is shady business and not making it right! You know darn well there is something else wrong and you don't know what is wrong. If there was someone wrong with any client or service and it is not complete since day 1, it is your responsibility to own it. You never called, we have been watching our phones. So saying we never called you back is a lie. Stacy Fikes
