I was a smaller client than Maui's typical clientele and I felt like a big client. The team is professional and expert - I had great experiences with Chelsea and Cody as well. I'm so grateful to have worked with this team and I could not think of a better team to put your faith in for such a major purchasing decision. Maui was not only a good buyer's agent for me, but incredibly knowledgeable when it came to questions regarding building. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you, Maui.

He knows the housing market, he immediately understood what we were looking for, he knew every house that was advertised in The Dalles, and was willing to spend many hours with us to find the perfect house. He knows the business side of the process inside and out and was always able to answer our questions. The ability that sets him far above anyone else I've ever worked with is that I truly felt that I was the only person he was working with. When I called, he was almost always available. If he wasn't available, he messaged me to say when he would get back to me AND he always did. When the inspection report was negative, he helped me get past my anger and disappointment. He is always so positive!!! I was so impressed that I asked him to help me sell my house in Portland. Even though that's 90 miles away, he was able to help me get my house on the market with great pictures, the right price and we sold the property very quickly. The buyers were difficult and their realtor was dragging his feet. Cody's people skills made the difference between a happy sale and a lost sale. If I could nominate him for realtor of the century, I would.

If you are looking to buy or sell in Columbia Gorge or nearby, look no further than Tonya Flory…read morewith Cheri Belander Real Estate. Tonya is beyond amazing. She is professional, responsive, and knows the area like no other. She will give you unbiased and comprehensive advice and support you throughout the process. Tonya helped my husband and I purchase a home in Stevenson. Let me share some examples of Tonya going above and beyond. 1. When I first called Tonya, I caught her on a camping trip. She not only responded to my call but even stopped by a house we were interested in on her way home! 2. She went to see multiple homes on our behalf when my husband and I couldn't get away and walked us through homes on video chat. 3. When we saw the perfect home that was extremely overpriced, Tonya convinced the selling agent to talk to his clients about a more realistic number. We purchased a home thousands of dollars below listing price and inline with comps. 4. We tacked on a land sale which created some additional complexity. Tonya and the loan officer navigated us through the process like pros! All in, we couldn't be more impressed (and trust us, we can be tough customers). You will not go wrong with Tonya as your realtor.

She showed up with all the paperwork ready, asked all the right questions, immediately placed the sign in the yard and the box on the door. By nightfall, she had completed an excellent online listing with great photos. By the next night she had showed the property twice and my Mother had accepted an offer. She assisted my Mother in handling any items that needed done during the sale process and the entire transaction was completed in well under 2 months! It's big, it's beautiful, and we feel very fortunate to have purchased it. I don't think it would have been possible without Jorge by our side the entire way. He's definitely invited to our housewarming party. I've never used another real estate agent in my life, but I've met quite a few and Jorge isn't like the rest. He's friendly, he's genuine, and he's a good person. I will probably never do business with another real estate agent in my life.

Because I live in Arizona, I wanted someone who would be willing to work with me long distance. Becky went above and beyond to assist me in this long-distance home selling process. I needed someone to maintain my father's yard until the sale. She provided me with several names of companies, and I was able to make arrangements with one of them to assist me. There were several items that needed to be addressed after the completion of the home inspection. Becky notified me of these items. She provided me with the names of and/or contacted providers of the services I needed. She kept me "in the loop" at all times, letting me know where we were each step of the way. Nan worked with the buyers throughout this process. She provided them with the support they needed, especially since they were first-time home buyers. I couldn't have asked for a more professional real estate agent or company to assist me. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
