Never get responses on fb messenger for assistance on items in store or animals purchased from store so I started calling. Now I'm getting put on hold for 5+ minutes where I eventually just hang up. Will not be back.

It was almost as if she was waiting for me to speak, but being that I was the customer I wasn't going to speak first. Eventually she asked do I need help with anything. After she was unsuccessful and helping with what I needed there was no sympathy from a business standpoint that a customer is leaving the store disappointed.
