I asked the cashier who I would need to contact about a concern and they literally stared at me and wouldn't answer. I went to the PFC Facebook page. I messaged them and received a reply July 9. The person said they would "look into it". Today is July 13 and the item is still being sold as appropriate for rats. This may seem like a minor complaint, but any responsible pet owner wants the best for their pets...we want them HAPPY, not just surviving. We have 10 pets in our house, and Pet food center will no longer have my business. I'll take it somewhere that chooses to sell items that are safe and appropriate for the pets that will live in them!
