They have puppy cages stacked almost to the ceiling full of puppies for sale at outrageous prices. I do believe their puppies are on consignment, so the price may be determined by whatever puppy mill they are coming from. I took my son in here to check out the fishies, and noticed they also have rabbits and guinea pigs. They actually have a sign on the cage that says "play with me". There is a reason why at Petsmart you can't pick up the small animals without actually having someone there to unlock the cage, supervise and tell you to wash your hands! Those poor animals, being picked up and tugged on by grubby hands all day. Talk about cruel. One of the employees that works here, she has short brown hair, was actually very nice to us and I appreciated her kind regard.

This is very heart breaking for my family. We love her very much. There were 3 puppies for sale. I bought one green eyed beautiful girl. They are very expensive. I called & let the store know of the puppies condition. She has been having some episodes that I knew were not right. I'm glad I took her where she could be helped. I asked that they not sell the other puppies & not to purchase from that breeder again. The store was not rude at all but made no attempt to reimburse me in any kind of way. I've only had Hazel a week.

It was dark and dingy and the lady at the front said hello and offered help if we needed, but never looked up. My concern is focused on the 15 parakeets in a cage that was too small for that many. The cage was stacked on top of two of the exact same cages. They were empty. I'm not an activist picking on this store, looking for a battle. It was truly heartbreaking to see. We were looking for a new kennel as our previous boarding facility closed due to the death of an…read moreowner. We left our four dogs for three nights while we went to Louisville. I had misunderstood the fee structure and when I went to pick them up I was surprised at the bill. However, after learning that I had misunderstood the price for the large pen, the manager Brestyn was gracious enough to extend the lower price that I was expecting it to be. This is the type of customer service that endears people to a business. In addition, the two ladies that I met were friendly and seemed sincerely kind and enthusiastic about their jobs. I have found a new kennel at which I can board my dogs knowing that they will be treated with kindness and a true interest in their best care. Thank you!

Heartbreaking and unnecessary experience, beyond what could be excused as an isolated incident due…read moreto having taken other animals we have here. Took our kitten here a few years ago. Multiple trips to figure out why she was not eating and getting very sick very fast. After some research I insisted that she may have FIP and needed to be checked on for that. They insisted it was just a mild sickness, just gave her a basic antibiotic and suggested my conclusion was incorrect. Nothing worked after multiple trips, she was in pain and dying. I took her to Ceglinski and without saying anything about any FIP, they immediately came to that conclusion in an FIP specific checkup due to the alarming symptoms and severe decline in health. The disease is well known but no studies have been conclusive on a cure. We ultimately had to put her to rest due to her condition being an incurable mutation of an otherwise common viral disease. Had the first clinic taken proper steps or really even cared we could have laid her to rest earlier instead of letting her wither further into a skeletal, miserable kitten and paying for unnecessary medicine that even during some of the checkups were obviously non effective. We have never gone back but we will never forget this awful experience. I suggest going to a better, more updated veterinary facility in Paducah.

Our dog Augustus LOVES Furkidz! He's been going there since last year. He started out as a puppy…read moreand it has been the best decision we have ever made! He turned a year old last month and we have always referred to it as "school" and his "friends". He gets so excited when he knows it's a "School" day and happily wags his tail and jumps around when we pull up. I know he's well cared for and he gets to socialize and play with his friends. It was hands down the best decision we could make for him! We LOVE our Furkidz Family and the peace it gives me to know he's so happy is worth the cost! Highly recommend them!

The vet confirmed that she had experienced physical trauma after examining her injury. When I went to address the issue in person no one would take any responsibility. I left voicemails and sent emails, Facebook messages, etc to the organization AND owner and never got a response. I had to pay for the service and every single vet bill. It was very clear that they didn't care.
