I do not believe the company is going to refund my money. How does a company figure the bill wrong; state they are going to give you a refund check; and does not follow through refunding your overpayment? I had a lot of faith in them for many years, not anymore. I have never had a company treat me in this manner.

Therefore, when my utility bill revealed a serious water leak, I immediately contacted Ray. He quickly returned my call and arranged a time to survey the job. After inspection, he carefully explained the situation to me. As a courtesy, instead of just telling me of the most expensive option, he allowed me to choose between a "quick fix" or (due to aging/brittle pipes) installing a new water line (include a new meter box).
