Get in and realize I can't use coins and I can't even use my debit card- I have to put money on a card (which it charges a fee for) which is very inconvenient when you only have a set amount of money for your laundry. Not to mention the machine you use to load the card doesn't even take coins- luckily I had cash. Finally manage to get my money on the laundry card and it's almost 7$ to use one large machine (because I didn't have 11$ to spare to use 2.) Wash my laundry then have to move it 3x because 2 of the dryers I try the dryers aren't working. Finally spend the last of my money and dry for 25 minutes. The timer goes off and my laundry is still wet- even the small items are still damp. I cave and try to put another dollar or two on my card (card machine takes 5 tries to even read the card, a problem I saw many people experience), once it finally works the machine tells me it's 10$ minimum which, once again is very annoying when you only have 40$ to last you until next payday. I've never had these issues at another laundromat. I finally got fed up and went home to hang up the wet laundry myself

I never had any service where the movers arrived early. That automatically rated high in my books. Upon arrival, the leader introduced himself, asked if I could show him the apartment ( I guess to see all what I had) then said if I had in questions or concerns to let him know. He gave the crew instructions and they got to work. Thinking the job would take 2-3 hours because I lived on the 3rd floor, to my surprise (#2) they were done in 1 hour and 30 minutes (yes I timed them). During the loading, the movers would stop to see if I'm ok, hold small talk but they had a method and I liked that. No scratches to my wall or furniture as they were careful with my items. The items I didn't not want, the men carried them downstairs so I could trash them... imagine trying to throw things away and living on the 3rd floor. Trust me I was thankful. At my destination, I met the owner Tim. He was very professional during the conversation. The unpacking of the truck was even easier, as it took them 45 minutes and they were done. I couldn't believe it. I can't say enough of how these movers were the best I've had. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for treating my items as if it was your own.

On the day of the scheduled service I texted them at the number they had been texting me from around 1:30pm to verify acceptable form of payment & they responded immediately. Then 2pm came & they were a "no show". I called at 2pm and again at 2:20pm and I was told they tried to reach the person that was supposed to come out but he "'could've lost his phone" & "it must've fell under the seat" & "I guess somethings wrong with his phone" & "oh I don't know where he is"...this person even hung up on me while I asked questions. I called back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Around 3pm I hadn't heard from them & had to hire another company.
