They worked tirelessly from 7:30 am until 6 pm. I dubbed them the roof ninjas after watching them scramble up and down ladders and across the slanted roof with unbelievable agility while carrying heavy loads. Adirondac Roofing was referred to me by many who had work done by them and were completely satisfied. Add me to the list!

FJB Enterprises is hands-down the best excavator and contractor in the area…read more Fred is an absolute pleasure to work with; professional, creative, and incredibly easygoing. Communication was always prompt and crystal clear, and every step of the process was laid out in detail so there were no surprises. We received great rates, and the value of the work far exceeded the price. The entire experience was completely stress-free, and the quality of workmanship is second to none. I've had FJB Enterprises excavate two large mountainside properties, and Fred's creativity truly transformed rugged wilderness into breathtaking, livable works of art that we'll always cherish. Beyond excavation, his team's construction work was equally outstanding, precise, efficient, and beautifully executed. If you want top-tier quality, fair pricing, and an excavator who genuinely cares about your vision, look no further than FJB Enterprises. They've earned my absolute trust and highest recommendation.

I have a small camp with metal roof, located just north of Whitehall, NY. I discovered a pretty…read moresevere water leak inside the finished camp. I called four different roof contractors in the area, including one that was referenced to me by a local business owner. No one would return my calls! I then came upon Roofs Over Vermont searching the internet. Like the previous four businesses I called, I left a detailed voice mail message. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from Mick. We scheduled a convenient time to meet (I'm from out of town). Mick showed up with a 2-man crew whom immediatley went to work locating the offending screws, replacing them and securing all remaining screws. So far no more leaks (I reserve the right to withdraw this review however, if the next reall hard rain proves me wroing :-) ) I highly recommend Mick and the boys at Roofs Over Vermont, for two reasons: Customer service (actually called me back!), and for quality and knowledge of the job. Thanks guys Pete

I would like to state the good news: the job ROV did was good. They did our roof in July of 2019…read more Now for the other news: 1. Be sure request and receive the certificate of insurance. We never got that from them. 2. The crew would start work at around 9 - 9:30 am, take a break around 10:30, leave for lunch at noonish, come back around 1:30 and leave around 3:30 pm. I would guess they put in an average of 4 to 5 hrs a day. The job took 29 days to complete. Our roof is not a complicated one! 3. My husband commented they were the "quietest" roofer ever. Bang...wait 30 seconds, then Bang...wait 30 seconds. You get the idea. 4. The crew smoked cigarettes like choo choo trains. It must be hard to hold a cig and hold a roofing hammer, and place a shingle. They did do a good job of cleaning up their cig butts. 5. The crew size and personnel would change as well. There was one guy who showed up for a day or two and he had a disability that prevented him from climbing a ladder. What!? 6. The owner and the crew always had an excuse as to why they could not put in a full 8 hr work day. 7. Because they were so slow, they came in and worked a few Saturdays. One Saturday when we were gone, a crew member was dropped off and never picked up by his supervisor. He had to ask a neighbor for a ride home. 8. You could never reach the owner by phone. Only phone messages. That in a nutshell is my experience with Roof Over Vermont.
