About a month later one of the trees they hadn't worked on fell over in the yard. I called them and within half an hour he had a crew out to inspect the tree and remove it. They even cut the tree to lengths for my fireplace. They found that the tree from the outside had no signs of damage but the inside was nearly hollow. It had grown over a section of rock wall and had incorporated the rock wall, leaving it unstable. Just as before, when they left, I wouldn't have guessed there was a tree in that spot just a few hours earlier.
