I specifically took off half a day from work expecting a 12 PM arrival, but the technician did not arrive until around 2:30 PM. I had also clearly communicated in advance that we needed to leave by 3:30 PM, preferably by 3 PM. Second, the pricing was extremely high for the level of service provided. I was initially quoted 150 dollar!!! Per chair (450 dollars for 3 chairs!) based only on photos reviewed by the manager, without an in-person inspection. Even the technician himself commented that the chairs were already in good condition. After a discount due to the delay, the final price still came out to about $100 per chair, which is several times higher than typical market pricing for similar work. Despite the unreasonable price , I still asked the worker to do the job as I felt bad for the worker who was already in the building and I already had waisted a day. Finally, the cleaning results were average at best. There was no special stain treatment performed. I understand that not all stains will come out but no special spot treatment was even tried with that price . Overall, I felt the pricing and results did not justify the cost, and the scheduling expectations should have been communicated much more clearly in advance.
