The consultation itself was conducted very efficiently and professionally! The staff were so accommodating and wasted no time at all in getting me seen. With their advanced scanning, we found two impacted wisdom teeth on the top jaw . However, they did not scare me to going through with the extraction - they explained how they would remove them and how it may have happened. Fast forward to today, I was scheduled for an IV-anesthesia for the extraction of 2 wisdom teeth and 2 wisdom tooth crownesectomys. One being due to a fraud of a dentist I went to before these lovely folks. I did not want to risk a crook further damaging my tooth and the Dr. Goldstein thought the same and planned this prior to my visit. He explained what was wrong with its current state and everything went very smoothly! I was numbed down and felt hardly a thing, woke up with the entire surgery process completed. They had a big significance in making sure I had someone take me back home without risking my current state post-IV. These people truly care for you and your oral hygiene. Most definitely recommend!

My daughter needed a professional who knew how to communicate with her, explain each step, reassure her, build trust, and guide her through a frightening experience. Instead, she was left terrified, crying, screaming, and in distress, while Dr. Soletic failed to provide the patience and emotional support she desperately needed. Despite receiving medication to relax, nitrous oxide, and local anesthesia, the procedure was unsuccessful. To make matters worse, I was not allowed in the room to comfort my own daughter during her first experience of this kind. What is absolutely unacceptable to me is that three medical professionals were present, yet none were able to effectively calm, reassure, or guide a frightened 9-year-old through the procedure. My daughter endured fear, pain, and what I consider a traumatic experience, only to leave without having either tooth extracted. Now, instead of simply needing dental treatment, she has to overcome the emotional impact of this failed experience. Why accept a pediatric patient if you are not adequately prepared to manage a child's fear, anxiety, and resistance with patience and professionalism? Being technically qualified to perform an extraction is not enough. Working with children requires empathy, communication skills, patience, and the ability to make them feel safe. My daughter deserved compassionate care, not an experience that left her even more terrified of the dentist.

January 2025 I entered my information on Flushing Oral Surgery's website to schedule an appointment. Lin responded and scheduled me for the first week of March. March 2025 The day before my appointment with Dr. Li, I asked the first oral surgeon's office to email me the panoramic x-ray so I could forward it to Lin. I met with Dr. Li for a second opinion on my wisdom tooth extraction. I asked thorough questions to compare notes. At the time, I trusted Dr. Li and felt confident in his care. Dr. Li recommended the bone graft, and the dental assistant mentioned the out-of-pocket cost. He gave me pamphlets and pre-operative instructions. I called my dental insurance to expedite the pre-authorization and received approval two days later. I emailed the approval letter to Lin. Flushing Oral Surgery called to move up my surgery, which was originally scheduled for the last week of March. My mom accompanied me to my surgery today. Dr. Dwivedi and her assistant were very nice and accommodating throughout the process and really made me feel at ease. I opted for the laughing gas because I was worried that getting all 4 teeth pulled at once would be painful. It was very worth it. I had no pain during the whole process. For about a week after I had very little pain and no swelling. You couldn't even tell I got 4 teeth pulled. I was fearing I would look like a chipmunk but I was back at work a few days later and nobody had any idea I had my wisdom teeth pulled. They give you a pamphlet on how you should care for your wisdom teeth to prevent infection or dry socket, which I found very helpful. A week later I had my follow up visit and Dr. Dwivedi confirmed everything went great and I also felt great! About 6 months later, I went to my regular dentist for a cleaning/checkup and he told me that whoever pulled out my wisdom teeth did an amazing job. Everything healed up nicely and I have no issues to report. I definitely recommend Dr. Dwivedi!

Dr. Huang has an amazing upbeat personality, is very kind and I appreciated the fact that I was never lectured nor reprimanded. After telling me the honest status of each of my wisdom teeth she gave me the option to choose which to take out with absolutely no pressure on her end. We both agreed I should just take out all four under IV sedation. The biller came in a few minutes after to discuss my prices as Dr. Huang is not in network with my insurance. Thankfully, the out of pocket price was much lower than I expected and I appreciated their break down of the prices. The two assistants who prepped me were also very kind. The assistant with glasses inserted the needle in my arm with care and I especially adored the assistant who spoke Korean! So so lovely, gentle, and exudes calmness. I was out within seconds, woke up soon after with no pain and minimal swelling and was sent on my way with the help of my husband. I didn't even need ice packs! I took the prescribed ibrupofen to help with the little soreness and less than 24 hours later, I feel perfectly fine with absolute no swelling. (RCT) Local Anesthesia was administered, and the technique was superb compared to other dentists in NYC. For you medical geeks out here, I am not too sure in regards to what exactly was done, maybe someone can tell me. I know it's either Intraligamentary or Infiltration. Again, the whole entire procedure was vocalized thoroughly by the dentist/endodontist I was seeing. the Nurses and X-ray techs are AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL CARE FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS! I will be returning again! The RCT and filling was nearly painless and swift, I just hope I do not suffer further complications following these treatments! :)

Nervously I went to them and I am amazed of their professionalism and care. Their care is off the charts and Dr. Clarizio's skill with a needle is out of this world.
