A week later, Tech calls and we schedule. 2 weeks later he comes says I need a new insert. Fine, he measures, says it has to be ordered I should get a quote within a week. I hear nothing. After leaving messages and nothing, I get in touch on Facebook in Mid November. Say they want my business, because I had said if you don't want to do it because there's not a lot of money in it,just tell me. Assures me it's not the case and they'll definitely be in touch. I was trying to take care of it in advance of winter weather To date 5 August 2025,it's not repaired. I guess they didn't want my business afterall.

The 2x Service Contract for seasonal changes was ridiculously affordable for the visits they will make today and in the Autumn.. He thoroughly examined my system, made the appropriate adjustments and nearly froze me out of my own house while double checking the accuracy of his adjustments. I will see them in 6-months and feel far more secure than when I simply ignored recommended seasonal evaluations and maintenance. I'm older and on a fixed, meager income. This was a good value, professional, easy to schedule. In my opinion, I highly recommend MMG.
