Yesterday I walked in to see if it were possible to schedule a cleaning the next day. There were 4 open slots at the time (strange & telling for a dental office). I proceeded to make an appointment. Before doing so I asked I could cancel if needed before 10am the next morning, Samantha said sure. I have a hectic work schedule given that I was making a last-minute appointment I just needed this insurance before confirming. She told me completely fine. Then she proceeded to make my appointment, once realizing that I was an existing client she retracted her statement. Confusing? Also revealing that she saw my insurance. I told her I would not put the appointment unless I could call the next morning before 10 AM to confirm or cancel. Long story short, we agreed and booked. The next morning I called at approximately 9:20 AM to inform her that my work schedule would not allow me to make the 3 PM. Samantha lied and claimed to have sent me an email the prior day stating that I could no longer cancel even though we had a conversation about it. And if I canceled I would have to pay $100. What?! I completely understand the need for a cancellation fee. And under any other given circumstance would understand why they were charging me. However I spoke to Samantha about this less than 24 hours before. It's still behooves me how someone could lie. And then ask why didn't you just call me like you do for any other appointment? Her response: " I am not obligated to call every patient. My time does not permit." She refused to cancel the appointment and told me that if I ever try to come back I'd have to pay $100. How unbelievably shortsighted of someone. I've been coming to the dental office for the past 2 years. So rude and disgusting. Unfortunately this practice is now lost a patient due to improper handling from your front desk staff. I am leaving this review, following up with the practice owner, and making sure everyone I know is aware of the scam going on here.

So I didn't get the name of the receptionist but there was two so you are processed right away. Then I met BORIS(nice on the eyes) I am too much his senior but I can appreciate (smile) he takes the xrays. Then Dr. Navaro very polite and knowledgeable. Listens to you before he makes any decision and then he will recommend what should be done but the final decision is yours. I also met two teeth cleaning technicians Michael and Alona. Once again very professional and great listening skills. THANKS GUYS.
