A year and a half and I still have issues. In my opinion, a waste of $7000 and my time and energy. Needless to say, I would not recommend them and they'll never do any work at my house again.

We were satisfied with the two gentlemen that came to replace our main sewer line. We were NOT…read morehappy with the outcome. We were told the line would be replaced from our home to the city line and it was not due to the clay piping. We were told our driveway would look next to new after digging and such was done... it infact does not. There are HUGE craters in our driveway that make it awful for anyone to drive on or walk on. Our cleanout had a mound of dirt that we were told could take "6-8mo" to settle and it infact took less than a week and we are left with a large hole. We were told our sidewalk would get redone from being torn up but no one can give us a timeframe or date except "you're on the contractors schedule". We were then told after the work was done that it's our job to fix our driveway and they did "what they could". It is virtually impossible to talk to the correct person you need to when calling. It's a game of telephone. Personality wise the men were great and super personable. The HVAC team has been amazing and Richard has even stepped in to try to get us more help on the plumbing side.

Had a good conversation with proprietors wife but was told the likelihood of them being able to help was low due to the fact they were booked up AND they rarely leave Grant County. My neighbor was also on the case calling all the septic services in our area... When she called Brights, they agreed to come to our rescue because no-one in our area was cooperating. I cannot attest to the value of services yet since my angel neighbor is picking up the tab and allowing me to pay them back. Thank God for people who still care!!!
