I gave him permission to check my roof, siding, gutters, and garage door. He found significant damage to warrant filing a claim for the damages with my insurance company. I almost did not think it was worth filing a claim, since my roof was old and really needed to be replaced. However, with the encouragement of Rock Roofing and my insurance agent, I decided to go ahead with filing the claim. To my surprise, my claim was approved and within a short time, and Rock Roofing was scheduling my roof replacement. and the following week, the roof replacement was completed within one day. The workers were respectful of my property and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Also, the owner of Rock Roofing did a great job communicating with me regarding the project beforehand and upon completion of the project. He, also, checked with me to make sure the correct shingle had been selected. Very satisfied. I would recommend this company.

From the very first interaction (via phone with Elisha) I knew that my grandmother's awning was going to turn out spectacular. Elisha arranged for Adam to give us an estimate, and he was awesome! He evaluated the site, asked excellent questions of how it was to be used... he covered every detail with perfection! We placed the order on the spot. We were so pleased with our experience that we contacted the showroom again to purchase some patio furniture. Elisha helped us select the BEST furniture. Wow, we are amazed at the quality. They even arranged for the furniture to arrive with the awning (which was even ahead of schedule, which was a delight!). The day of installation was flawless. Aidan and Michael installed the retractable awning, Aidan explained all of the awning's features thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. We were excited to try it out!!! Chad delivered the furniture - we can't thank him enough. W.A. Zimmer is outstanding. Truly, truly outstanding. If you want A++ service, A++ product, A++ warranty please contact them. Thank you W.A. Zimmer team. You are the best of the best. My grandmother is over the moon thrilled!!! *Update: A horrible storm blew our awning back. W.A. Zimmer sent a team member right away to assess and before we knew it, it was repaired to PERFECTION! Thank you Megan for coordinating (front office extraordinaire!) and Jesse, Isaac, and Steve for installing it. Every step of the way was polished, professional and so kind!
