After enduring frequent sewer clogs for several years, which Vern and his technicians unclogged each time, we finally had Vern put in a new sewer a couple years ago. All the work was done very professionally. Vern even recommended a landscaper to re-do the yard after all the digging. In July 2018, technician Lance replaced our water heater. First he assessed the floor under the water heater and decided to add a piece of 3/4 inch plywood to reinforce the subfloor under the water heater. Then he installed the new water heater. Again the work was very professional .
