I always make sure to get a lot of bids for projects that I cannot do myself and I research the process of doing the project. I used Miracle contracting for slate roof repair and fascia replacement. I cannot tell you how many different companies I contacted looking to get bids. Luckily I was able to get several. Not only was Miracle Contracting's bid competitively priced, everyone I met was also very professional (the big winner for me)! I have learned that the best option is not always the cheapest price. They got the job done as scheduled, communicated with me leading up the scheduled date and offered advice. The crew even went above and beyond while on the roof to secure some vinyl siding and fascia that was coming off the side of the home. I strongly recommend using Miracle Contracting for your next project. I will certainly be using them again.

He had an earlier start date available and contacted me whether they could start earlier. That was an easy yes. It took about 4 days to finish. The quote was what I paid. They showed up exactly when they said they would and put in full days of work. When they first arrived to work, they put down brown paper on our wood floor entry and also put down a plastic sheet runner all the way down the stairs to the landing at the bottom of stairs to keep everything pristine. We have about a 5' opening to get into our basement and he even put a thick plastic sheet with a zippered opening to keep all the drywall dust from going all over the house. We didn't have any dust coming upstairs. What a blessing that was. The cleanup from all of that was flawless. I don't think we could've found anyone better to do the job. Just outstanding from start to finish.
