So I ask what's a work order? And they are already giving me attitude at this point for no reason lol. They say we need all this information (which I already gave or was willing to give via phone, but they never said anything about a work order) and a work order to quote me. When I pointed out how silly this all was and asked why they even gave me an email address in the first place then, I got no response and I think they are just ignoring me now. What a weird, unorganized experience. They lost my business.
