The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done. Called to ask for a quote. I described my issue and they gave me an email address to send pictures…read more Then there was back and forth via email that they couldn't quote me via email and needed a work order. So I ask what's a work order? And they are already giving me attitude at this point for no reason lol. They say we need all this information (which I already gave or was willing to give via phone, but they never said anything about a work order) and a work order to quote me. When I pointed out how silly this all was and asked why they even gave me an email address in the first place then, I got no response and I think they are just ignoring me now. What a weird, unorganized experience. They lost my business.

Hired them to do the work, they came out the following week. The guy that came was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable. He got everything done in a few hours. I went to pay him and he told me all payment goes through the office. When I called the office the lady told me they would be sending me a bill. Received the bill the following week which was pretty nice. Decent local business. Will definitely call them again!!

He texted 2x that day, once informing me that he was running behind and could come later that same day if that was alright. I agreed. When that time came, he texted again about a water main breaking somewhere and asked to come the next day at the same time. He also mentioned that his phone was shutting off and that if I called or texted and didn't reach him, he would get back with me as soon as possible (this too is probably part of his scam). I agreed and later that night I texted him to confirm his time of arrival that following day. He never responded. It appears that he has blocked my number and won't return even my text messages. There were some red flags (like wanting the check made out to him personally and not the name of his business). He claimed there were issues with the bank and his business account was closed. I had the supplies we needed here, but Rob stated I would need a few more things. When I disagreed, he pushed stating that he could return what we didn't use. Three of his four references that I asked for are business numbers in other states. Only one was local to my area. The BBB notes that his business was just opened in November of 2021. I was willing to give him a chance since he is a veteran and appears to have had some past life challenges. There were minimal reviews under his business name, but his full name, Robert Liese, III, brings up more information on this person. It seems he scammed individuals in Florida as well. Sad that someone would do this when he has been helped out by others here in town. His FB website states in part, "..... When you hire me fir your home improvement needs your not just a customer. Your family. Unlike mist contractors who put that money before the customer, I take great pride in making my customers feel special and making damn sure that my customers are my number 1 concern". If only he operated this way. Perhaps at some point he will get back on the right path and do the honorable thing, return the money or do the jobs he was hired to do in the first place.
