They carry so many items for all sorts of outdoor activities -- clothing, hunting gear, backpacks, water bottles, hiking shoes, layers like jackets and leggings, and so much more. It is clear that Victoria truly loves helping people find footwear that matches their goals. I discussed what I was looking for, and Victoria took that information and turned it into a shoe-finding spree! She brought out at least four pairs for me to try. She even brought out some shoes that she thought I might like based on what we talked about. My husband started talking to her, and wouldn't you know it, Victoria brought out some shoes for him, too. She never made us feel rushed or like she was trying to get us out the door. She even helped several other people while we were trying on our shoes, and all of them left with smiles on their faces. The Basecamp is so lucky to have Victoria as a stellar employee. We, as consumers, are even luckier to benefit from her extensive knowledge about footwear.
