It was a rainy day in Whitefish so we spent the day reading, sitting in the hottub and sauna, so by the evening we were ready to get out and opted for the performance of a Dolly Parton tribute show in downtown Whitefish. It was pouring down rain when we arrived and parking was an issue. We had to walk about a block which would not have been an issue if it hadn't been raining. It was a small theater with about 250 seats. Well kept, clean with cheap drink and snack prices.. The woman who portrayed Dolly sang her songs and also told stories of Dolly's life, and explained the stories behind some of the 3000 songs she wrote. The musicians and back up singers were excellent. I'm not a huge Dolly fan of her music but it was a pretty good show.
