Took my moped in to get my center stand spring installed. Done in less than 5 minutes, and I was out the door.

Horrible shop, no integrity. They lie about what's been done. First time they never even did the oil change. I went back and they bitched me out and laughed at me saying *uck you and laughed. I brought in the oil to show them and the old filter also! The next one my friend did, she had tons of service done on the bike. They didn't clean out the tank, they drained the oil, left the oil filter on, charged him for a full carb rebuild and told them they couldn't do it. Then ordered a new one and installed it. They charged him for everything, the carb repair which never happened, provided to parts to show and when we left, they never even put oil into the engine or the bike!!! Upon confronting him about it, he screamed at us at Chased us out of the shop. I'm retired marine corps and there's no BS in my world but this was a horrible experience and these people should not be in business. Horrible, horrible, dishonest, hateful liars. Do not take your bike, bicycle or child's Walmart petal bike here. Bad customer service , bad mechanics and bad experience. I'm definitely turning these individuals into Better Business Bureau and they do not deserve a business license. read more

Well hear we go. I bought new headlights 600$ they rewire one because I went down, my headlights where working after i went down. After they rewired the one it burnt one of my headlights out mind you 600$ for those. I also got brand new plastics that I noticed a dent in the bottom 600$ for those as well brand new. I would stay away from them. I had my scooter in their shop for over a year paid over $1000 for them to switch some parts that they did incorrect and then had to put the old parts back on and acted like they were doing me a favor for not charging me more for giving my bike back the same way I gave it to them. Took to another shop and they obviously knew what they were doing and fixed it correctly for far less. Great case of buyer beware. read more

Not honest mechanics! I brought in a carburetor to be serviced as I didn't think I needed to buy a new one better to get old things serviced,anyway I went in and they looked at it and recognized this carburetor as a pm z50 for a 50cc scooter and prompted a service repair.I went ahead and trusted their judgement on the carburetor and picked it up some days later only to put it back on and the reason I took it to be serviced not fixed,I called back and they said "that part of it wasn't serviceable". Anyway I got a new one on for only $35 and it runs perfectly.anyway moral of the story here is that they aren't honest mechanics and will take advantage of someone if they can,if that being a service they know won't help.hope this helps anyone out checking this place out happy holidays! read more

This place is awesome! After a really bad shop experience, and getting turned away from a couple other shops because they don't work on classic bikes, when I needed a good once over on my 80 Kawasaki KZ 550, Whites stepped in and took good care of me and the bike, great customer service, was in constant contact when some ignition parts got delayed to let me know when they'd be in or went back etc. Did a great job sorting the electrical issues and installing the air pods and stage 3 dynojet kit and getting those carbs sync'd to as close as perfect as I think anyone could. As for the engine and controls, I feel like I got a different bike back, the throttle response was great, the sound of the engine when it revved (compared to before) was straight up shit-your-pants-amazing. Riding it home was a blast. Definitely recommend White's for any work you need done on your bike. read more

So I made arrangements to have a few items serviced on my new to me 1983 Honda Goldwing. I paid for the 50pt inspection as well. Upon picking my bike up 2 months later I should've done a walk around. I was tild the fan bearing was bad and that I would require additional work to replace the thermostat as the bike was overheating. As it turned out, the plastic fan blade was rubbing on the radiator. I was able to adjust this rub. Nothing wrong with the fan. Upon replacing the thermostat, I removed lower radiator hose and ZERO coolant was in the radiator. This was clearly the reason for the overheating. Upon checking the tire air pressure I was alarmed to find 10 psi in he front tire and 12psi in the rear. A little thing that I would think would be covered in the 50pt inspection. In addition, the bike had been dropped at the shop at some point and i had to straighten out the crash bars and highway pegs as well as rewire the light bar on the left side as several wires had been separated. I was also told by Matt that I'm wasting my time and money on such an old bike and that I should invest in something newer. Thanks for the valve adjustment, timing belt replacement and carb sync. I likely wont return as older bikes are frowned upon. But thanks for your help read more

This seems to be an honest shop. I took my motorcycle there, not sure if it had a problem or not. They tested it, rode it and gave it a clean bill of health. I was only out a diagnostic fee which was fair. Some ( too many) shops would have said " your bike needs this and that, it'll be $1000". I wore out my rear tire halfway through a track day at the Ridge and needed a new one to finish out the last 3 sessions of the day. I've had multiple tires swapped track-side and was never happy with how the tire was balanced. Matt surprised me by taking the time to do the job right and sent me on my way for a good price. One of the main reasons I went with White's Motorcycle Service was because the advertise that they will pick up and deliver, which they do. So I called and verified this and was told that they do offer pickup and delivery service. GREAT! I called back a few days later, let the woman I spoke with know that I would like my scooter to be picked up and made an appointment. On the day of pickup a flatbed tow truck showed up, loaded my scooter and when the driver was finished I asked him if he worked for White's. He said 'No, but I am contracted with them." When he left I called White's and asked about this and she confirmed that they do contract out the pickup and delivery service. What I HADN'T been told in the two previous phone calls with them is that there is a $100 charge for this! When I told the woman I was speaking with about this she said that she would look into it and see about getting it waived since I hadn't been informed of it. A week or so later I called to find out what was going on with it since nobody had called letting me know what was wrong with the scooter. I just happened to get the owner on the phone. We discussed the service needed and then discussed the $100 pickup charge. HE even told me that it was $100 (this is important to reiterate here.) When I explained the situation to him, basically he blew me off saying that 'it is what it is.' When I asked "Shouldn't I have been told about this up front?" his response was 'Well, yes, but there isn't anything I can do about it at this point" or something to that effect. Well, there WAS something he could have done about it. He just chose not to. I even told him that had I known there was a $100 charge for this, I would have just rented a U-Haul pickup truck for $30. After going round and round he finally just asked if they were going to do the work or not. I said since it's already there, yes. I called again about a week and a half later asking when my scooter would be ready. Again I got the owner on the phone. He said that it's been ready and that they had tried to call me about five (5) times. I told him, after looking through my call history that I never received any call from them and he said "Then there must be something wrong with your phone our ours..." REALLY...? I walked down to pick up the scooter. He (again the owner) gave me the total, I gave him my card, he handed me the receipt and went to get the scooter. I was hoping of course that the pickup charge would have been removed, but instead of it being removed, the charge was actually $120! Not $100 like I had been told twice before including from him, but $120? When I asked him about this he said to me "What?! Now you want $20 back or something?! At that point I expressed as few expletives to/at him and just left. THIS WAS THE OWNER I WAS DEALING WITH!! I left and guess what? It was now running, but the speedometer isn't working now! It was working just fine BEFORE I took it in to have something else serviced, but not when I left. Do you think I'm going to take it back to them? Absolutely NOT! I would rather pay someone else to fix this NEW issue than to take it back as support a company who obviously doesn't value their customers and treat them the way any normal company would. The entire ordeal with the owner, from start to finish, was nothing less that appalling. He was nothing but ungrateful and demeaning to a paying customer. It was a couple of weeks ago that I picked up our scooter and I still cannot believe the way I was treated as a paying customer. read more

The second time I've called and the second time they've come in clutch for me. I was going on a trip and needed new tires put on my cruiser. I was told to call them and explain when I needed the bike by. I did just that and they fit me in the next day. It took about an hour and a half and they called me to come pick up my bike. I called them about a trip in a couple of weeks out and they got me an appointment on the day I wanted. Always nice and professional. Would highly recommend doing business here. I brought my 04 Honda cbr1000rr to have a slipper clutch installed along with an oil change, new handle bar ends/grips installed, and an exhaust servo delete installed. First off, when you pull up to White's you will notice immediately that it is in a trashy part of town. Next is that your motorcycle will be left outside even in the rain. The owner does not allow customers to see the inside of his shop but what you can see from the counter is a disaster. I got my motorcycle back aprx. 1 week after I dropped it off. I have no complaints on the time spent at the shop beyond the fact that my motorcycle was left outside sitting in the rain while waiting to be worked on. After getting my motorcycle home and going over the work that had been done, I realized that I was lucky to have even made it home without causing more damage to the motorcycle. I was missing hardware on the fairings, a fuel overflow line was left unplugged. The oil was over filled and the drain nut was stripped out. I called White's and explained the situation. The owner tried to get me to ride the motorcycle back into the shop. I disagreed to this due to the motorcycle dripping oil. After a few days of repeated calls I was finally able to get a tow truck out to my house to pick up the motorcycle. I went with the tow truck driver. When we arrived at White's, I explained to the receptionist the situation. She wrote up an invoice, printed it, then gave me the wrong invoice. White's had the motorcycle for nearly another week. When I went to pick up the motorcycle the owner blamed me for the damaged oil pan and refused to replace it. He claimed that he repaired it by tapping out the threads and putting a oversized nut in. He threatened me by stating that he had photo proof of everything. I got the motorcycle home and the drain pan is still leaking. Lock tight marks were put on the oil drain nut, oil filter, and all over the top of the oil fill cap. I would assume as the owners "proof" he was referring to. I called White's back to talk to the owner. The owner again continued to downplay the mistakes that were made and continued to blame me for the damage. He refused to even look at pictures of the current status of the motorcycle. He has refused to make this right. If you care about your motorcycle at all, I don't recommend you take it to White's. They showed me that they obviously don't care. The owner is an absolute disgrace of a genuine person. Between the first time I met him to the second time. It was a completely different meeting. Seems to me like a drug addiction problem like most of those surrounding his shop. This guy will lie, downplay any knowledge you have of your own motorcycle and blame you for any damages that his shop did. I rode a completely functional/running motorcycle into White's. Now I have a motorcycle that needs work. Look forward to the owners response. He already stated that he will downplay any comments posted too. To the owner; I never did mention this to you, but all though I may not be a "mechanic" or a "technician" as you claim yourself to be. I have been a cnc lathe machinist for the past 11 years of my life. While you strip out threads and blame your customers for your careless actions. I make threads in the aerospace industry. These threads are inspected atleast 3 times prior to being installed on an airplane that flys over your head. That's how I helped to pay your bills! read more

I waited to write this review in hopes that things would be fixed. Brought in my bike with one leaking front fork. decided to go ahead and do both. Picked up my bike same day a few hours later. After the first time I got to ride it I noticed that now both front forks are leaking. Called him and he told me to stop by that same week so he can take a look. He then confirmed that now both are actually leaking and he scheduled to have me bring in the bike to replace the seals again. This time he has the bike for 2 days. He calls me to come get the bike. And nothing has changed. He says he will need to replace the bushings but he needs to order them. I drop off the bike again last Friday the 1st of june. He calls me on Tuesday and says its ready to pick up. When i get there I notice that there is still fork oil and he says that its just from reassembly. And that if its still leaking I will need to replace the fork tubes. Because now, these have "vertical lines" on the tubes. Which I know for a fact were not there before I dropped the bike off last friday since I never noticed in the last month but I noticed the leaking. I drive home 20 minutes away, not going over 40mph. And the leak has gradually got worse. ABSOLUTE waste of time and money. Now both forks are leaking and the tubes now have unmistakeable damage that I will have to pay more money to replace. read more

I needed two dirt bike tires dismounted, new tubes installed, and remounted. I brought the wheels in and asked if I would be able to pick them up the next day at the same time. I was told it was no problem as they would be done that same day. I mentioned that I had a very limited time window during which I could pick them up the next day and was reassured the job would be complete. When I came in the next day, they had not been touched. I was asked if I'd like to come back in an hour or wait for them. I had no choice but to wait for them in the disheveled, dark, dusty,... "customer area." The place looks like a garage sale/hurricane aftermath scene which, should have been a clue as to what kind of service I would get. The job was done adequately and the price was par with other shops. I was just really hoping for a better customer service experience. I know some folks don't care about good old fashioned customer service though I do. It's really sad as, with just a little effort, this could be a stand up kind of place. read more

i gave my yz125 motor to whites motorcycle services. and i've had nothing but problems with the owner. i asked for a bottom end rebuild and i have gotten the motor back 3 times from him only to be cursed off and told to die by the owner. the first time he gave me back my motor there were so many bolts loose on it including the stator nut. the engine also did not shift so i brought it back to him.The second time i got the motor back i let it idle for 5 minutes and the whole right side of the case exploded and locked the motor up. Finally getting the motor back for the 3rd time i trusted it would be good i took it up to a event to ride and support veterans and he forgot a seal in the bottom end of the motor and it was pouring oil into my stator side of the motor.after i told him he started cursing me off and told me to go f**** crash and die and blocked my number and now im left with a leaking motor and i can't do anything about it read more
