Came to broadgate chiropractor clinic this evening for the first time. I was seen by Tim who…read moretotally put me at ease as I didn't know what to expect and was a little nervous! He made the treatment an absolute breeze! He pin pointed the problem which now makes total sense of all the pain I had been receiving for the last 3 years! I walked in slouching, sat in the waiting room with pain and walked out feeling like I could fly! Already booked my next appointment and can not wait! Thank you so much!

My friend recommended this place to me after she and her husband had "the best massages ever"…read more Always on the lookout for a good massage I went along to see what all the fuss was about, I was not disappointed. The waiting area is highly stylish and comfortable and they had Molten Brown hand cream in the toilets which always impresses me. I had a therapeutic massage and I literally floated out of the building afterwards. It's a bit pricier than you would expect to pay at a beauty salon but it is worth every penny more.

I saw the chinese medicine specialist. The session was priced as £65 including treatment - I was…read morecharged nearly £150 for this one session as I had to pay for herbs for one week on top of the session price. I thought I would warn others. The Dr said during the session that she would give me the herbs for free because she understood how hard up people are. I asked the receptionist to check with the Dr about the price but was still asked to pay around £150. I cannot imagine that many will have this sort of money (I havent) and felt that I should let people know so that they are forewarned.

After just a couple of months of treatment Sarah had made a massive difference and as well as offering treatment gave me a brilliant exercise program to take away which has (touch wood!) kept me injury free since. I had been recomended the Jade centre for acupuncture treatment for joint pains, and other stuff,…read moreso i thought i'd check it out. and found a fantastic, small practitioner owned practice, that catered very much for your personal needs/ailments. I had a very thorough initial consultation with 'Louise' the acupuncturist, who was very knowlagable and listened very carfully to what i had to say , then did the pulses and other stuff that Acupuncturists do. I had done a study in the validity of acupuncture in orthopaedics when i did my Ortho certificate, so i had an idea of what to expect.,,, anyway. after a very involved history taking i had my first treatment , which was comfortable and relaxed, It was explained to me what to expect, so i had no worries about needles or pain, in fact the whole thing was pain free and left me feeling very realxed. I realise it was the first of a few sessions so i know i have a few more to get the long term benefits, but i am looking forward to my next session and feeling more changes in my general wellbeing. I won't go into my ailments, but suffice to say, I know i will need more sessions and realise things sometimes get a little worse before they get better, but that was not the case today, i felt so much benefit afterwards, i would recomend this to anyone.

I could be running late which can happen sometimes Happen Lucky that I called up saying that I might be round 5 to 10 minutes late, and then I was told that this has been changed to 5 minutes so if I was over five minutes late I would not be seen Plus, sometimes the receptionist the give you the wrong information and I don't want to mention any names, but they have rude receptionist .. Really upsetting as this is my family Doctors, and now I feel like I just want to move elsewhere to be honest

Unfortunately I had to visit the doctors quite a bit last year and although the premises are nice I…read morefound the whole experience a bit frustrating. The practice itself is inviting, there is a generous car park, inside its clean with a huge waiting room and a pharmacy attached so there is no need to go somewhere else to get prescriptions. The receptionists are lovely and helpful and when I had to have a blood test the nurse was really sweet and friendly. The reason it was frustrating was because getting appointments can be tricky, sometimes nearly a two week wait and doctors don't seem to stay there that long so you end up having to see someone different each time

I have never visited another osteopath but Sarah, the one at The Natural Health Centre has been…read moresuch a help I don't think I ever will. I became rather despondent when my shoulder began to hurt earlier this year. I do a lot of yoga and with this constant dull ache I simply couldn't attend the classes I had been, or do my own practice. I wanted to see an osteopath because of their holistic approach to the body; they manipulate bones as well as doing muscle work. Her approach is very holistic as she asked me more about my medical history and general state of health more than an GP has before. As we went through this I talked about my yoga practice and it turns out that Sarah is a yoga teacher! I could not have asked for anything more as she understands what I am doing with my body and why it might hurt as a result. As my bones get clicked and muscles massaged my diet is always asked about, making sure I get enough vitamin B and Iron. The receptionist is a yoga teacher as well and is always willing to have a good chat about anything from yoga to The Archers. The osteopath is in most days and a homeopath or acupuncturist can be seen by appointment.
