They make sure to give you a massage before the clicking just to relax and warm the muscles which I find very helpful. I would recommend the lady who works there - the gentleman can be a little rougher with you (at least that's what I find personally, maybe I'm a little fragile!). Neither of them would ever hurt you, though, and they're very qualified and knowledgeable. I think it's only about £30 a session too, so won't break the bank.
