I called ahead of time to make sure they could do that. They told me they could and it would be a 3 year. I get here and they tell me they just are not gonna order that and not that they cant they just will not. Was already mad when he walked out before even talking to us? I was calm and said that I had talked to someone on the phone who told me he would have the traditional 3 year vaccine he claimed he was to young for a 3 year and that he could only do a 1 but he wont order a year traditional for him. Why was I not told this on the phone? I specifically called to make sure so I didnt waste my time driving here and once getting here absolutely did not deserve the way we were treated or spoken to. Here's the Google review I wrote…read morefor the misdiagnoses that ultimately cost Taz his life! *It is imperative that you read this recent development if you take your pet / are a customer of the Bedford Veterinary Medical Clinic, Oolitic, IN! #BreakTheCycle --- I brought my 15-year-old dog, Taz, to the Bedford Veterinary Clinic 6 months ago after noticing unusual symptoms-- a growing skin tag on his neck and dark spots under his skin. A blood test was performed- and there seemed to be a lack of care and attention to detail as he rushed to an analysis - where he confidently placed my dog on a thyroid medication, assuring us that was the only thing it could be. No additional blood tests nor anything more than a cursory glance was performed but instead, he was placed on thyroid medication without further investigation. Late last week, Taz returned with urgent concerns: he became lethargic early in that week and had also stopped eating. During the visit, the veterinarian checked his temperature, heart rate, and teeth, then concluded he was "fine." His condition was again attributed to age, and he was prescribed pain medication for a five-year-old injury and sent home. His condition did not improve overnight. The very next day, I took Taz to another veterinary clinic. Upon arrival, staff immediately recognized signs of serious illness at intake--his eyes and ear tips were yellow. Testing quickly confirmed end-stage liver failure, and imaging revealed a large tumor encasing his intestines, pressing on his kidneys and liver, and causing significant pain. With no viable treatment options, euthanasia was the only humane choice- when the day prior he was diagnosed as "fine" from the Bedford Veterinary Medical Clinic! I cannot help but believe that earlier diagnostic testing--either six months ago or a following visit- could have identified these issues sooner and potentially changed the outcome. Instead, repeated assumptions about age delayed critical care! Because of this experience, I will not recommend or return to this Clinic! My dog suffered & my family is now left brokenhearted with a bill for treatment that failed to provide care when answers were most needed. I'm extremely disappointed with my dog's grooming experience. A simple nail trim request turned…read moreinto a disaster. My dog was handled roughly, resulting in expressed anal glands and poorly clipped nails. To add insult to injury, I was still charged for the service. Other times I requested to have his nails trimmed, I would have to ask repeatedly before it got done. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the kennel in April. I boarded my dog for five days and specifically requested a flea and tick bath, ice cream, photographs, and a massage. However, when I picked him up, I was told that the photos were sent to my landline number the day of pickup. To add insult to injury, I found a huge tick on my dog's shoulder that evening, which makes me question whether he even received the flea and tick bath. The kennel offered me a refund for the photos, but I never received it or even the photos. When I called to check on him, someone other than the front desk person answered after the 9th attempt and told me that my dog was 'NOW okay', which really upset me because I had been worried about him. I asked them to explain, and they suggested that I talk to somebody else. So, they got that person, and they essentially gaslighted me into thinking that my dog was fine. However, when I called back, I was told that the groomer had answered the phone and didn't know my dog or what was going on with him. I'm not sure what to believe - was the groomer telling the truth, or was she just saying that to cover for everyone else? I should've listened to my dog when he got on the counter and asked me to hold him. I didn't regretfully. My dog's "4th of July dog party" experience was a real bite - literally! Despite promises of photos and fun, my dog was absent from the pics, and I later discovered puncture wounds and welts on his neck and back. What's concerning is that the staff never disclosed the cause of these injuries, whether it was a fight or just a play bite from another dog. Furthermore, there was no mention of this on the daily report card they provide when I pick up my dog. When I asked for photos of my dog, they never posted any and deleted my comment. They claimed my dog ran away from the camera while simultaneously posting dogs running. This lack of transparency has me worried about the care my dog is receiving. After pickup from daycare, he often has a hoarse bark and needs to urinate urgently. Even urinating by the front door as we exited. I've also noticed he's extremely thirsty, drinking up to 16 ounces of water in the parking lot before going home. They have photos of him foaming at the mouth in the play yard. Sometimes he barks nonstop on the ride home, only to need to poop as soon as we get home. Don't kennels usually take dogs out to pee and poop within 12 hour time frame? Little inconsistencies in care can add up fast whenever it comes to your pets needs. Posted on the front door is a sign stating they only offer holistic and safe items, but they've installed tires and recycled tire materials for the dogs to play and run on. Tires are not holistic or natural. Artificial turf can heat up to a scorching 180 degrees in the summer. I would suggest you do some research before you start using this facility. *5 star Google reviews from current employees like the one left by Saryn_1 is a conflict of interest.

I have been going to benny moores animal clinic since my dog was a puppy. my dog didnt like him but…read morei did, he seemed like a good vet, a little rough on my dog but he helped her. towards may i took my dog (9 y/o) to his clinic, something was wrong with her. she was throwing up, couldnt stay on balance, wouldnt eat or drink, lost over 5 lbs. he said it was her diet. so he put her on chicken and rice. nothing got better and we knew it was towards the end of her life, he told us that she had a mass on her stomach the size of the green tennis ball and she has cancer and we could do surgery but it would cost thounsands and not even bet she would make it out alive, he didnt tell us anything hardly, he just kept saying its "her diet". we took her home spending the last few days we had with her in june and she was doing awful. we took her to hillside animal clinic a few days later in floyds knob and they told us she had that mass, cancer AND she was bleeding internally and was going to die in a few hours and were lucky we brought her in. we ended up having her put down but my baby wasnt scared this time, and im glad she got to rest like she needed. thank you hillside. fu moores.
