Think of your ideal pet sitter, and what would it include? In making a "Mary Poppins-esque" list…read moreof the perfect pet sitter these things come to mind: must like my pet, my pet must like them, multiple daily text message updates with photos, daily pet report card (adorable), thank you note, and oh yes - tiny bag of homemade dog biscuits....Voila! I needed to be on the west coast for a week this summer and I was very uneasy leaving my 14 year-old dog with anyone (a kennel was out of the question). So my task was to find a pet sitter I could trust as well as I could trust my own family. Courtney took such wonderful care of my dog, I still can't believe how fortunate I was to find her. I opted to have my dog stay in our home and have Courtney come stay with her overnight (my dog is old and very set in her routine, her bed, her blanket, her bowl, you get the picture...). A day did not go by when I didn't get a photo text of my pup with little updates. This made being on the other side of country easy for me and I didn't worry one bit. I saw how much fun she was having, and even got "bedtime" snapshots. Courtney's husband Owen was equally wonderful and it is clear my dog felt very comfortable with both of them. I HIGHLY recommend PawSome Pet Sitting!!!

My local vet was charging 75% more! The staff are really nice and seem interested in people's pets. They are open Monday-Thursday from 8-6. If you are looking for vaccines and tests, that is only available from 4-6pm Monday-Wednesday and 12-5pm on Thursday. Mornings are reserved for spay/neuter. It is walk in only for vaccinations, so peak times can have quite a wait. I've gotten my cat's rabies vaccination twice here. The first time took more than an hour waiting and the second time just a few minutes. Overall, I had a great experience!

The last time I…read morewas scolded for being 10m late picking up my dog (we had a medical emergency, you graciously waived the fee and I tipped you well more than the fee would have been, yet you continued to scold me). Against my better judgement but because I believe in second chances, I made an appt for 10am today. I arrived 8 minutes early and rang your side door doorbell - repeatedly, knocked - repeatedly, and though I know you both could hear me and see me (it's a Ring doorbell) with a dog in my arms, a dog you've been grooming for YEARS, you did not answer. Your staff advised me when I asked if you heard me at your side door that you "don't open the door before the mall opens unless it's an early appt". [SEE PHOTO] But that's not what your sign out front says and with a dog in my arms, you could easily assume I'm not there for unrelated business. I've absolutely had it with the rudeness and continued lack of professionalism. Grooming is a luxury service and I'd rather drive an hour somewhere else than to be treated so poorly again. All you had to do was open the door for me.

I know they have very little space, but that doesn't excuse the fact that my eyes were burning in the office from the ammonia. They should be hosing down and sanitizing the place. The poor dog I adopted was so foul with the smell of urine. So, I decided to foster the dog because I didn't want to bring him back! He had an aggressive bark and ended up biting a child. I had to bring him back even though I didn't want to. The staff acted extremely rude to me when I did. Then, I actually had to pay them $50 to take the foster dog back! I left, crying my eyes out. That place is messed up...

Even tho I stated I do not want to use the newer vaccines id like to go traditional to be as safe as possible. They claimed they would give an exemption for all others but he has to have rabies due to state law so because of that I wanted to go with a traditional. I called ahead of time to make sure they could do that. They told me they could and it would be a 3 year. I get here and they tell me they just are not gonna order that and not that they cant they just will not. Was already mad when he walked out before even talking to us? I was calm and said that I had talked to someone on the phone who told me he would have the traditional 3 year vaccine he claimed he was to young for a 3 year and that he could only do a 1 but he wont order a year traditional for him. Why was I not told this on the phone? I specifically called to make sure so I didnt waste my time driving here and once getting here absolutely did not deserve the way we were treated or spoken to. Absolutely do not recommend.
