It's a place that doesn't appear to have changed a thing in the past 4 years. You've got a mini golf area in the middle that two out of 40 kids will even go into, and you've got some inflatables and standard fair blowups that the kids can play on. There are also I think three party rooms and a bunch of seats for the adults. It's interesting once for the kids, second time we were at a birthday I got asked near the end how much longer we had, third and fourth times I was there both ended up with the kids making up games that only involved the space. Not the fault of Glow Galaxy really, but when it's done with the kids it's done. When my oldest was 4 she went through one of the inflatables several times and then managed to get stuck in it. I was about 13 feet away sitting and, well, noise in that place of a 4yo screaming that she was stuck vs sugared-up birthday party was not perceptible. Due to the black lighting I'd also misidentified another child as her, so yeah, track your small ones closely. No harm as a note. Just mentioning to beware. Party rooms have always been too small and cramped when I've been there. That or maybe too many people are showing up for the space. Seems like they could combine a couple of the rooms and expand the one on the right and that would handle it as I never see three parties running, but maybe that's observer bias. I'd kind of like to see that Glow Golf gone, a few other activities put in there. The place has the space and potential, it's just not breakout great.

The parent with them was completely ineffectual and did not admonish the boys for continuing to blow the whistles after they were asked by the staff to stop. The whistles as a prizes are a safety hazard because it would be difficult to distinguish ref whistles from the ones given as prizes to children whose parents haven't taught them to behave. Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

The bathroom building even has an AED attached for emergencies and that is so great of a statement in caring for people's safety. The park itself is great. Immediately next to the Y which is crazy convenient if you wanted to go a cool down after your workout. One of my go-to spots.

We drove an hour and half for a "beer garden" and were sorely disappointed. Their kitchen was also closed (always on Saturdays apparently) which was not apparent from their website. I recommend the managers update the website to provide more accurate information. Otherwise, as stated, it is a great play place.
