There was always something. I would email Cynthia but get a reply from Marie stating they weren't in the office. Or I'd call and get the voicemail and no one would return my call. They would copy and paste the same email rather than call and explain exactly what they wanted or needed. I would send something and no reply. Or a reply of it being something they already had. I just want the same service the WHITE PEOPLE get!!!! If I received the same service then why I never get a call back? Why did it take for me to tell you to send me my paperwork and I'll have someone else do it in order for you to get something done? And now you want me to pay? For what? What did you do? You didn't answer any of my questions you didnt work with me for me to better understand what you needed or what you were doing. So what am I paying for? For being mistreated? For not receiving the services that you told me I would receive? Make it make sense. I send a email on 09/29/25 and don't hear back from them until today. No phone call or anything. Just an email stating my return is done and I needed to pay. In the photo is my message to them two weeks ago. And then their reply to me today. And on top of it all it's a bunch of different emails from different people.

I didn't want my returns e-filed I wanted them to send me the completed returns so I could review and sign them and send them off myself. It took me six emails to explain this to them and at the end of the conversation managing partner of the firm told me not to come back to his company next year. I have had previous experiences with this company and find them to be condescending and rude. Avoid them at all costs! Speaking of cost they charged me over $600 for a return that I am now doing on TurboTax in an hour and a half for 1/6 of the price with excellent support.

I was so shocked I took my 2017 taxes to the person who did support me through the process. For the 2016 tax year I did buy her "audit insurance" which is supposedly a guarantee of support during an audit. But Christi is NOT standing by the audit insurance because I was not a client last year...."that makes no business sense...so I will not help you." In other words - the guarantee means absolutely nothing. But to be honest, after her tone/message around 2015's audit, I expected as much. So if she doesn't help when you are a client, and won't stand by her audit insurance, then I don't really know why anyone would want to have her as a tax accountant. I'm deeply disappointed. It's all about revenue, less about client service.
