He does not know what income is taxable, stating my late husband's pension which is now my survivor's annuity had death benefit on the 1099-R form. WRONG. He also didn't know that a Vanguard brokerage acct. is taxed even if the owner doesn't take distributions. WRONG. He didn't know that my social security was taxable. WRONG. Also did not include 1099B capital losses and did not include a Foreign Tax Credit. He also didn't include Estimated Tax Payments, which I told him about several times. I'm a 71 year old widow and I believe he took advantage of me. Please stay away from Focus Accounting and Tax Services. Also be careful, you could be audited several years down the line. If you are unaware of any mistakes, you could have a shock later on.
