I didn't actually get a tattoo today, or even go into the shop, but my request for a last-minute appointment was handled with such friendliness, diligence, and respect, that Bad Rock would be my first choice if I'm back in this part of Montana again. Thanks to Toni for making extra phone calls to try to make it happen, and for providing excellent customer service. It was nice to feel like I was a valued potential customer, rather than "just another tourist in town." That's pretty rare these days!

For the first three years that I had the tattoo it would bleed every time I went in the sun. I went back in to the tattoo shop and he told me that it was my fault and I didn't take care of it right. Now, about 12 years later, I have almost full sleeves, I know tattoos, and I know the guy was full of crap and it was his fault. I went to a dermatologist and had a biopsy of the tattoo done to see if there was anything they could do about it. The tattoo is distorted and is just a big a lump of scar tissue from my body trying to push the ink out. What did the doctor say? He said it's because the tattoo shop used poor quality ink with mercury in it!!!! There is no way to fix this and I will forever be scared by Big Sky Tattoo. DO NOT GET A TATTOO AT BIG SKY TATTOO!
