I was set up with a tattoo artist here named Max and when I tell ya the work he does is gorgeous it really is! Heavily, heavily recommended him. He was so sweet and we went back and forth on the design for my shoulder because I was drawn between so many ideas and wanted to make sure it was perfect. We were able to whip something up in one night and did it the next day! Just got my shell reworked yesterday and it again was an amazing experience. For the first three years that I had the tattoo it would bleed every time I went in the sun. I went back in to the tattoo shop and he told me that it was my fault and I didn't take care of it right. Now, about 12 years later, I have almost full sleeves, I know tattoos, and I know the guy was full of crap and it was his fault. I went to a dermatologist and had a biopsy of the tattoo done to see if there was anything they could do about it. The tattoo is distorted and is just a big a lump of scar tissue from my body trying to push the ink out. What did the doctor say? He said it's because the tattoo shop used poor quality ink with mercury in it!!!! There is no way to fix this and I will forever be scared by Big Sky Tattoo. DO NOT GET A TATTOO AT BIG SKY TATTOO! IT'S NOT WORTH IT. There are a lot of reputable places within driving distance that will not destroy your body for profit.
