Dr. Stan is the best. Not only he knows what he is doing but he also cares about your health. I suffer from migraines and panic attacks, and I also have an old car accident neck injury that needs to be manipulated regularly so it does not fuse. Dr. Stan knows how to treat my delicate neck to actually make it better and not aggravate it. He uses a tool to align my spine as I cannot do the manual manipulations. The Pettibone system has helped me a lot. I have been going there for about 3 years now and love the staff. Good people with a good heart. I've been seeing Dr. Henderson now for several months for chronic neck pain. After taking an x-ray of my neck it was found that instead of having a slight C curve to it, it was slightly bent the other way. After many treatments my neck now shows significant improvement. As the before and after x-rays clearly display my neck is now starting to curve in the right direction. And I now rarely experience bad neck pain. Dr. Henderson is not your typical chiropractor. There are no ratings high enough I could give this man, as well as his beautiful, kind and, "Oh so cute, and so tiny" = ) wonderful wife, "Kim". You feel at home there, loved like you are a family member. No words can explain the caring that feels that it genuinely comes from heaven itself. It shows through both of them and in their office when you are in there.. This is NOT mushed up words in the least. The adjustments during and after feels like God's hands were being used through Dr.Stan's hands to help continue to heal my back, as well as other healing's I needed from horrid pain I have had. I have been going there a very long time. As I get older my back pain is pretty bad, arthritis...you name it. LoL Also, before I forget I have never been denied a visit if I was hurting. I always walk out feeling so extremely better. I never had such good adjustment's without any pain from the adjustment. They don't ever just push you out, and take your money..(as all other quacks do in Valencia, Ca.) There's never any pushing you to come back because..."YOU REALLY WANT TO COME BACK" without them saying anything, because "it just honestly works". Also, because you learn and know they "really" care about just "YOU"! It is not phony or fake or about money in anyway. If Dr Stan should mention that you might need a bit more adjustments, he tires to tell you what to do at home to fix it, before even coming back. One more thing I would like to say...A few years ago I lost "complete" feeling in my right arm. One day I woke up and it just hung like a piece of uncooked bacon that I could not use "AT ALL". I even saw doctor's who said and did nothing but poke me with pins. Basically it was a "Doh"! situation with nothing they could do! I went to Dr. Stan, he used his (I call it miracle) machine on my arm "after" I had my regular adjustment. He didn't have to do that but he did with delight and hoped for my arm to heal. Again...(Which he didn't have to do, but cared enough to try and help me.) I went home, prayed and continued to use a vibrator on my arm, a lot. I cried really hard, and I was VERY scared, I would lose my arm. I had to lift up my arm with my other arm to even move it. Ugh! Putting on my make up looked like Halloween had arrived LoL I did not want to lose my arm, or never feel it again!. "tears" and such tears". Thank God, I went to the right place, and after a short bit and patience, I had "full" use of my arm again. It WAS a miracle! Months later to my totally disbelief..... My other left arm decided to try the same thing on me (to go totally numb). It was a long time after it had happened to my right arm. I KNEW what and where I should go. Honestly, I have FULL use of my BOTH arms.... in every way. He did it the same way as the other arm happened. It has been years ago, and it's like it never happened at ever again at all! It was a truly a miracle to me when (nobody) could help me, OR care less! Now, at times, I deal with terrible back pain from being older. I'm pulling my back out easier as my bones/joints are a lot more fragile. I will continue to always, only go to this great place so I can have relief without EVER being worried of being hurt by some quack, who just wants money. You can tell the difference when someone "loves" their work, and "really wants to help others with it". In the beginning be prepared to bring recent or have recent X-rays that you have, or he can take them easily for your convenience. I liked that as I only had old ones, so he did it right there in his office. He does that ONLY to see where he should NOT do certain adjustments to hurt you in anyway! It's for your own benefit as well as his, because he "really" does wants to help you. Amazing, to say the least! Trust is VERY VERY hard to find,. It overflows with them. I'm a 71 year old man that was having strength problems in my legs. For several weeks, I found it difficult to bend over to pick something up off the floor, and when I squatted down, I needed help to get back up. WOW! I'm so impressed with the care I received from Dr. Henderson. I have been having neck problems for over a decade and I have seen several doctors who were unable to help me. I have been treated by various Chiropractors with different Chiropractic techniques over the years. I have several severe spine issues, and at one point was scheduled for neck surgery. Dr. Stan has, without a doubt, kept me very functional and able to perform all my daily tasks and exercise without the aid of surgery! Something new happened a few years ago.. Under the bottom of my right foot it suddenly swelled up like a giant egg. I couldn't walk on it and it was very painful. Another time it was the side of my foot hurting by my toes. LOOK NO FURTHER! If you are suffering from "unexplained" back pain, neck pain etc....make an appointment with Dr. Stan. You will not regret it! My daughter had "unexplained" back pain for almost 3 years (age 13-16). We took her to her primary care physician multiple times, a chiropractor, physical therapy, and an orthopedist. She had x-rays and an MRI that we're all "negative" according to the radiologist. At our last appointment with the orthopedist we were told that "she just needs to stop playing soccer and rest her back". WHAT????? At 15 years old crippling back pain is NOT NORMAL! Last year I sent my daughter to Dr. Stan becasue she had a little scoliosis and bad posture. Within 3 months she had made so much improvement and I have before and after x-rays to prove it. This year I decided to go myself. I suggest going to one of his free seminars to learn about the Pettibon system that he does. Now I can't help myself from noticing how so many people have "forward head" syndrome - i get it now whay so many seniors are hunched forward. This place is amazing. My first overall Chiropractic experience and boy do I feel lucky that I ended up here. The method Thai is applied to treat my back problems approach is nothing short of incredible. This man had me hooked from the day I attended one of his after hours spine/posture knowledge classes. A selfless tactician who takes the time after hours, to teach us how to take care of ourselves.. what a saint right? . The class was free by the way and I learned life lessons that'll help me consciously make proper decisions to preserve my posture. I started out going three days a week, now I'm down to two days a week, and no BS... Every time that I go in there I have the best day at work afterwards. He and the office staff are so friendly that I looked forward to my visits just to see everyone! Simply put, Dr. Stan changed my (and my wife's) life. I went to one of his free info sessions based on a recommendation of a coworker. I had be experiencing chronic back tightness for quite some time and since I had just moved to the area, I was in need of a new chiropractor. His info session "turned the lightbulb on" in my head and made me realize what after years of repeated adjustment from other chiropractors, I never got better. My problem stemmed from years of poor form and instead of just fixing the symptoms, he would teach me to cure the root cause (in my case, reverse curvature of my lower back). I had been seeing Dr. Henderson for some time for just a regular adjustment. About 5 months after my daughter was born she did not sleep at all one night and would not stop crying. After about 24 hours of no sleep and non stop crying my husband and I took her to the pediatrician in the morning and they did blood work, X-Rays, Urinalysis etc. and found nothing wrong and told us to go home that she was a baby and would eventually cry herself to sleep. After another few crying hours at home I called Dr. Henderson and told him what was going on and what the pediatrician had told me. He asked that I bring her in immediately. We did so and he found that she needed an adjustment because her spine was out of alignment. He worked on her for about 5 minutes and when he was done he handed me a sleeping baby. Who knew you could take an infant to a Chiropractor? Since then my daughter sees him on a regular basis and she even tells me when she is starting to not feel "right" and needs to go see Dr. Henderson.
