Came in to get aligned for my upcoming birth, Currently 38 weeks pregnant and was having some lower back & pelvic pain and dr mark was able to access and help relieve so pain! For starters, the place is super clean and the receptionist Susan is always very sweet and happy to see you. Dr. Mark is TALENTED!!! He's not your typical chiropractor. Honestly, I don't ever want to go to another chiropractor in my life! I actually changed my insurance so that I could continue to go to their office. I was having low back pain, hip pain than also went into my butt. I had seen 3 different chiropractors and had the pain for over a month and no one was able to help me with the pain. I saw Dr. Mark 2 times and felt almost 100% better...unreal. Also the biggest and most significant difference between him and other offices was how much time he took with me. My first apt was an hour!!! Other offices spent a max of 10 minute with me. Dr. Mark is phenomenal! I always end up with different aches and pains and he always makes them feel better (sometimes after just one visit! I also suffered from a severe ankle sprain and I spent months in a boot and tried physical therapy with no luck. After just a few times with Dr. Mark I no longer have any pain! I know Dr. Mark Barraza from his days at Palmer and from the first day I always said when you leave I'm following!! Unfortunately he moved almost 8 hours away hahah! But nonetheless when I also plan to move to southern california he is my first and only choice for chiropractic. I suffered from back pain since high school. So for almost 10 years I assumed that it was just pain that I had to live with until I was put with Mark. It took one adjustment and after 10 years of pain it was gone!!! I couldn't believe it!!! On top of his excellent handy work he is really a kind and good hearted individual with a sense of humor. It makes lying on someone else's table, completely vulnerable, more comfortable of a situation. And I'm not the most reliable patient. I live a life that is in contant uproar so a pattern of missed, rescheduled, and late appointments not once did Mark make me feel bad or try to push me off on someone else. Yesterday I threw my lower back out really bad and couldn't even move or sit longer than 5 minutes. I don't do pain killers I like to heal natural if possible. Dr. Mark is the most amazing caring and knowledgeable chiropractor I have ever met. I was hurting really bad that I even cried. I went to bed feeling a little sore, but woke up this morning feeling Great. I can move a lot easier now and no PAIN. He is not your typical Chiropractor that does the same thing every time. He really takes the time to get to know you very well. He walks you through it and talks to you to make sure you're not feeling uncomfortable during the adjustment or treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Mark. Oh and if you happened to be at the Super Market while he is there, he will be the first one to come say hello to you and ask how are you doing? I was at the super market one day with my 16 year old daughter and she was very impressed that he remembered me. I was very nervous and reluctant to go to a chiropractor, but after being recommended to Dr. Mark through numerous friends I decided to give it a try.
