Went looking for another chiropractor after a negative experience with another Santa Clarita chiropractor. Not sure why I selected him, but am glad I did. He is conveniently located along Lyons Avenue. Parking along Lyons is always easy and available. Dr.Sklar is his own receptionist and takes care of his own billing and answers the phone, too. Gotta love that. He is unpretentious, but more importantly, he is a great chiropractor. He takes the time with his patients. I never feel like a number when I enter his office. I highly recommend. read more

Dr. Sklar is a kind and compassionate person, first of all. He is also extremely knowledgeable and more interested in treating your pain and other physical issues than signing you up for 3 appointments a week for the next X number of weeks, as many chiropractors will do. He has helped me immensely. Sometimes I have seen him regularly and sometimes I go for several months without seeing him. Either way, he is there with the same friendly smile and I feel physically better when I leave than when I went in. Which is the whole point, isn't it? Thank you, Dr. Sklar! read more

Dr. Sklar is wonderful. He is so genuine, and he takes the time to make sure he's doing everything he can to effectively treat you. I've had several disappointing chiropractic experiences in the past, but a friend recommended Sklar Chiropractic when I was struggling with excruciating low back pain, and nothing was working. Dr. Sklar made time to see me at the last minute, and then sat and spoke with me while I filled out my paperwork, about what I was going through. The waiting room and patient rooms are clean and inviting, and Dr. Sklar makes you feel comfortable at every stage of treatment. After just one appointment I was feeling relief, and after the second, I was up to going on a 2 week trip I had been looking forward to for a year. I truly can't thank him enough. If you need a chiropractic care, I absolutely recommend Dr. Sklar. read more

Dr Nate is the best. Never over books and is very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, really tries his best to be humorous. Prices are reasonable and does not try to see you in his office more than you actually need. If I had a daughter, I would let her marry him. read more

My son has been complaining about back pain for almost 2 years. We went to Dr. Sklay; (also old friend). I just got a text from my son "my back feels sooo good; no joke. best my back has felt in a while" We will see you soon! Thank you Dr. S! Ms. Mona read more

Dr. Sklar has been treating me for over 18 years for minor aches, pains, athletic stuff, and just maintenance. Today I left his office feeling like a million bucks!! After having some back pain for about a week for who knows what reason, he diagnosed me as having a 'stuck' Lumbar vertebrae. I had tried everything to release the pain and get some range of motion on my own with no success. Stretching, hot baths, ice and waiting did not work, but doctors Sklar with his very gentle approach made all the difference. Thank you Dr Sklar!!! I highly recommend him as your family chiropractor. read more

Nate would have to be the best chiropractor I have seen. he takes his time to listen to the issues and give you honest feedback, and He really is in the business to help people in pain Find a way back to comfort. There are lots of chiropractic clinics is Santa Clarita, very few that are truly here to help you get back to health and happines, if that's what you are looking for, Nate Sklar is the Chiropractor you need to see. read more

I still love it here. I hadn't been in to see Dr. Sklar for over two years. As my back pain flared up again (almost crippling) I made an appointment with him again. When I called in to schedule something, he recognized my voice and knew my name before I said anything! I was shocked. He is still the same genuine and compassionate guy and I would never go anywhere else. His office is on the opposite side of town for me, but worth the trip! read more

Had nagging pain and tightness on the lower left side of my back down to my lower left glute. Not only was it was causing me horrible rest, but it was affecting my concentration throughout the day. Nina the masseuse fixed me up. I even fell asleep for awhile during the session and woke up without any more pain. She is a gifted healer. I don't know what I would do without her. I can't finish this review without mentioning Dr, Sklar. He is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job of adjusting me when I need it. Thank you guys for everything! read more

Just moving into the SC valley area I was desperate to find a replacement for my god send of a chiropractor I had in the OC. I constantly reletionship on yelp for local references (the people don't lie) and I usually have great luck when using a yelp reference. Well let you tell you Dr Nate Skylar was no exception, I called his office on Monday having excruciating back pain all morning. Not only did they answer my phone call during lunch hours but Dr Nate himself picked up the line. He said he could get in my that afternoon and that he would see me shorlty. I hung up and proceed to head out to run my errends. The office is super easy to locate, on Lyons ave in downtown Newhall area. Upon walking into his office I was greeted but a very friendly and profesional receptionist and the Dr himself. You could tell the place had a great energy and flow right off the bat. Other patients were talking with the Dr and I could tell they were very happy with his practice. My visit with Dr Nate was phenomenal, he took the time to listen to me and really examine what was hurting me. He cared about his time with me and not just getting the next person in the door. He did a wonderful job with my adjustment and I felt total safe and comfortably in his hands. If you need a good chiropractic, do yourself a favor go see Dr Nate!!! I am now a weekly patient, see you there! read more

I play racquetball 3x/week and I suffered a nasty groin injury. I could barely get home that night. Dr. Sklar was kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment the next morning. He took the time to not only diagnose my injury, but also explain to me in simple terms what it meant and what the prognosis was for recovery. Sklar Chiropractic is a first rate operation and I gladly recommend Nathan Sklar without hesitation. read more

Love LOVE Love going to see Dr. Sklar. I had never been to a chiropractor before so i was nervous and unsure on what to expect but he made it painless. I always leave feeling so much better than when i walked in the door. He also has a great masseuse that works in the office and i got an amazing massage one day after being adjusted. I recommend him to all my friends! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Sklar for many years. Fortunately I have not HAD to see him recently. Until today when I was in excruciating 3-day back pain. I called at 11:00 and he was able to see me on the same day. Unheard of in 2020. Walked in barely able to stand up straight, practically skipped out pain free. This guy is the best! Highly recommended read more

Dr. Sklar is the best! I know I should go to him on a more regular basis, but like many people I always wait until I am in pain. Regardless, Dr. Sklar is always kind and gentle. I love his explanations of why my problem is occurring and what I can do to avoid future strains on my back, neck or whatever is hurting. He is not pushy like some chiropractors are trying to sell me other stuff. If you need those things he helps you out with them, but he never seems like he is trying to sell you something. He takes appointments, but will squeeze you in if he can. He is always a source of great relief for an aching body! read more

SIMPLY THE BEST chiropractor I have ever been to. A credit to his trade. Knowledgeable, honest and caring and most of all, listens to you when you speak, Describes your condition and explains your treatment. Very fair pricing and not just one of the oh so common "only here for the money" type doctors I find around town. If you sadly have a problem go see Dr. Sklar. You will not be disappointed. Again "SIMPLY THE BEST". read more

I am so happy to find Dr. Sklar. I had pulled a muscle in my back and could barely walk properly. Let me tell you, the reviews on Yelp are spot on! Lucky for me, I was able to get an appt right away. He really took his time explaining the best course of action and after a few visits, I was as good as new! Very personable and great to chat with and definitely knows what he's doing. Look no further for a great chiro! read more

Dr. Sklar is a patient's advocate. He truly cares about my well being and listened to my concerns. I was always afraid of getting adjusted but Dr. Sklar built trust and was patient with me. He accepted my insurance (Kaiser, who knew?)!! read more

Great chiropractic office! I love that he has old laser therapy and takes my insurance! He's great with adjustments too!

Dr. Sklar has been great! Glad I reached out. Very easy going and treatment has been effective.

Simply the best! Very caring, funny and best Chiropractor in the SCV! He will always make time for his patients.

Dr. Nate Sklar has is an extremely talented chiropractor. I have been to a handful of doctors for my neck and I have received countless treatments with very little effect. Dr. Nate asks a lot of questions and leaves no stone unturned. He always seems to be giving his customers 110% no matter how many hours he has worked. He really cares for his customers and it comes out in the hearing that takes place. I will go no where else. It also helps that he has a great sense of humor. read more

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sklar for years, he is the best chiropractor I have ever gone too and I've been going for many many years. His office staff is very professional and the prices are more than fair, best of all I always come out feeling refreshed. read more

What an awesome experience. I sent a request for an appointment through Dr. Sklar's website upon a recommendation from family and received a call the next morning from the doctor. We went in that afternoon. The appointment was for my 2 year old who was injured. The doctor took time to put my daughter at ease and gain her trust (not an easy task even for family). He explained everything to me and seemed to genuinely care. I would highly recommend Dr. Sklar read more

I've been a patient (along with my children) of Dr. Sklar's for more than a decade and he is THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I have ever found. He was recommended by a friend long ago after trying too many who didn't listen or care for me as an individual. That is one of Dr. Sklar's best qualities. He listens carefully and gets to know what is unique about your situation and tailors each treatment to exactly what you are comfortable with while always discussing options and suggestions before even touching you. I have never been hurt, surprised, or uncomfortable with his treatment or I never would have taken my athletic teenagers to him who choose to still see him now that they are grown adults. Life happens and illness & injury change your needs from time to time and he has always worked with great care for my best outcome in mind. I wouldn't consider even listening about switching to another chiropractor unless Dr. Sklar recommended them first and only under an emergency situation. His results are amazing and I hope he knows how much respect for him that so many people have. read more

Dr. Sklar is a very caring chiropractor. I went to him with severe pain in my upper back and neck area, after having been to an acupuncturist. He treated me about five times and my pain disappeared. He is compassionate, honest and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend his services and would give him more than 5 stars if I could! read more
