Yes, water pissing out all over my guest bedroom. We turned off the water to the house immediately & hubby went to Lowe's where we were told to call E & G Plumbing & Drain. As promised Eric showed up on time first thing this morning and got it fixed in a jiffy and at VERY REASONABLE PRICE (another plumber I called yesterday wanted to charge me $750, which is 6 times what E & G charged!!!). E & G are now the only plumbers we'll ever call. Highly recommend them & can't thank them enough for coming to our rescue. We've already passed along E&G's info to several of our neighbors. Thank you Eric.

I could write a book about Jack and my brief but impactful time spent with him. Bottom line is, he's a master at what he does, he's fair with pricing and a solid human being with a heart of gold. The man is 1 of 1 - they broke the mold after him. As long as you can let him do his work you'll be blessed to work with him. We are very grateful for the work he did grading and installing our septic system and getting us through the grueling permitting process with a Pass. And we wish him and his family great health and good fortune always. My only criticism is that I forgot to get one of his Curtis dump truck hats which are super cool. Much respect and thanks Jack and Janice, From Medi

This process needed permits and with permit that means time I didn't have when selling my house. I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I called Certified Septic Service. I didn't tell them I had a previous company come out. Certified Septic came out and found the drainage issue. They brought a camera and locator to stick down into the leach lines and examine what was happening. They found that all that was need was to hydro-jet the system and replace about a 3 foot section of the inlet pipe. This process took about 30 minutes and cost way less than replacing the whole leach fields. They would have had to rip up my whole driveway to replace the leach fields. I'm so glad I called and got a second opinion. I was certified within a week. Thank you for being an honest and reputable company.

What truly set them apart was how they went above and beyond to save us money at every opportunity, even when they didn't have to. Amanda (Travis's wife) was fantastic -- always responsive and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. Travis and his team were honest, thorough, and incredibly efficient. They completed the job quickly and took care of every inspection required to close everything out. Even with our yard full of energetic animals running around during construction, they stayed professional and good-natured the whole time.
