My mom now has two super friendly and kind young women who trade off supporting her during the week. She is so at ease with them. I was talking to her today and she randomly started singing "You're So Vain" and I could hear her companion singing along with her! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this company. The professionalism and personalized care starts right at the top with Larisa and is embodied by every person in the company I've engaged with. I feel like there's this amazing team in place looking after my mom, which is very reassuring since unfortunately I live on the other side of the country.

But Dr didn't close the door and our conversations probably went outside. I was uncomfortable. Although I told him but he raised voice louder and Louder. No one came what's going on. I think he tried to explained to me well but I understood him very well. He had a strong accent so he might thought I didn't understand what he was saying. it could be Language barriers. I felt bad for him. besides that, this place is ok. So I hope next time it shouldn't happen. I recommend this place for annual or any exams/ vaccines etc. Receptionists are professionals and calm. Pretty good. I could give 5stars for them. Poland spring is available at the waiting areas. Bathroom is available but it's not in the waiting room. you'll need to ask the receptionist. She was very nice and asked me the general medical questions & history. Then she gave me an overall checkup. She drew blood, which I hate doing but she was gentle and I didn't feel a thing. After that she told me when I get my results back she will give me a call. Which she did not too long ago. It's hard to find a doctor these days you can feel comfortable with and who aren't pushy or rude. I really like her and I feel good knowing I have a place to go to if I have an issue.
