The cleaners were good. I booked two cleaners for six hours on a move out clean…read more The girls showed up thinking they were scheduled for two hours. When I booked and confirmed the booking was for two cleaners for six hours and quoted at $279.35. Three hours into the cleaning, the cleaners said it would be more money. It was an empty suite and not that dirty. I refused to pay extra as that was not what was agreed upon booking. Twice the company stated they would honor the original quoted price then refused at the end, told me the supervisor Axel who booked me misquoted the job and I now had to pay $485, tried calling this supervisor and we finally connected. I explained the original quote was what was agreed upon and did not think paying extra was fair. After discussion and an agreement for me to pay the original amount, my card was refunded the extra charge so I have adjusted my review since we have resolved the issue. Axel also offered me an additional service ftom his company, which I felt would be taking advantage of the situation to accept BUT I do appreciate he made the offer. I have no issue with the work the cleaners did, they only missed two minor areas to clean but overall they did a very professional job. My concern was over the discrepancy in the billing which we has been taken care of.
