Jordan really took care of us with much better carpet and much lower price as well. Jordan recommend Oscar for installation and he found the other store over measured beside being way more a yard for cheaper carpet. So we went with White Mountain Wholesale Flooring. We had selected the tile with the main contractor. WEF showed up, did the work, and did an incredible job. Brandon and his team were experts, pros. His tile guy was all business, and took great pride in his work. When they had questions about how we might like something, they ASKED. When we weren't sure, they advised and gave feedback. I intend to report them to the Arizona Better Business Bureau. Why? Shady Business Practice: I was charged contractor prices for sloppy work. Their lack of planning and communication with the Electrician and Plumber cost me $1000's in travel fees. No Transparency: Ask for ALL the return receipts as well as itemized charges of work done. I was charged for work that was not completed. Look for hidden charges. They use Unskilled Handymen that needed training and supervision that Rene did not provide. Don't let Alejandro or Isidro work in your home. I had to micromanage them daily to get the work done right. The Quality of Work was so poor my husband and I had to redo much of the work as well as clean up all the paint and glue they slopped all over. No Detailing was done: No silicone around the shower/tub, No sanding or staining of trim, rough uneven cuts on wood trim and tile. The list goes on and on!! Disgruntled Customers, Liz and Richard

Josh came out and repaired both of our toilets very quickly, and he was very knowledgeable. We told him what was happening and he knew exactly what needed to be done. We had a leak under our house that was caused by improper ceiling of the wax ring underneath our toilet. He pulled both toilets off. Replaced both rings and replaced the broken handles that supplied the water to them. I felt he was very reasonably priced. We were charged $325 for parts and labor.
