We purchased a "supposedly "quality carpet about 6-7 years ago for extra money. We are elderly and not rough on our home. The carpet is buckling in a couple places, one of which gets little traffic. This started over two years ago so 4-5 years. I went in and asked about fixing the unsightly problem but was told it was normal and would be expensive (for someone on SS) to remedy. Richard Bilbie's efficiency and responsiveness was impressive from the start. I appreciated his availability to come measure, re-measure, answer phone call inquiries and respond to emails. Richard provided me with referrals to subcontractors to complete my project. I was concerned about attempting a remodel while I was out of town, but his coordination made it seamless. We were fortunate to have the expert craftsmanship of Ted Goodwin-our wood flooring and tile installer. I knew we had met our perfect match-Ted was responsible and attentive to detail. He knew I was obsessive about detail and cautious about having a variety of contractors in my home with a potential for challenges. He had the assistance of Justin in executing the project and they were truly a collaborative team. When we arrived to see the culmination of our project I literally cried tears of joy!
