These people are thieves & liars. Don't take a dog collar to them to be repaired. I took over $10,000 worth of jewelry to have resized and when I went to pick it up they no longer had it. My mom passed away & I was later in picking it up than I would have normally been. They called and left me a message reminding me. The owner wasn't there this day, so I called him the next week because he also did the appraisals on my jewelry. He pulled them while I had him on the phone but when I got there about an hour later, they were suddenly and suspiciously gone. This store did several pieces of custom jewelry for my family over the years. To be treated this was is unconscionable. I should have filed a police report. It makes me sick every time I think about it because my mother gave me all 3 of the pieces of jewelry that I took to them & trusted them to repair & return to me. I leave a scathing review for them on every outlet possible because I don't want anyone else to experience this. I've literally had to put it out of my mind. I do know however, that karma is real & the results will always be 10 fold. I'd love to be able to give them negative stars. Take & buy your jewelry elsewhere. read more
