Did not like the experience. I believe they are doing issuance frauds. I never check my bills because I have insurance. But I was told I owed money for a vitamin D shot I never received. It looked like the insurance paid for it. But they wanted $20 copay from me. Which they later did not ask for again. Also I was getting letters saying that I need a follow up on my depression issues? Which I've never seen dr. White for depression and I don't have depression issues. So something in billing is getting messed up. He also asked if I've ever had trouble which my issuance on getting bills paid which I found a very odd question to be asked. The wait is very long I've waited for 2 hours and when dr. White sees me I get no answers and is in a rush. So if you have to be at work don't bother you will be waiting a long time. They do not have a sense for people's time. I finally went to another dr where I was diagnosed properly. He is great at basic check ups, simple colds. But anything more intensive not a place to go. read more
