Both times I have seen her, she has surprised me with her in-depth knowledge of symptoms and medications. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I feel like she actually listens to me and takes my thoughts and situations into consideration in the decision-making process. The office is really bright and nice, too. The staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait too long. I also like that it is really easy to get to from I-15 or 7th E. I hate it when doctor appointments eat up your whole day. It's great to have one that's easy to get to and has plenty of parking. I'm a big fan and highly recommend!

Pretty ridiculous and not professional. I specifically asked them while I was in office how much I owed and they gave me amount. Confirmed I didn't owe anything before I left. Dr. Hermansen takes extensive notes and I always feel like he's listening to me. He's very passionate about his job and getting to the bottom of the problem. I remember one time when I was there and he was telling me about how much he enjoyed doing first aid from the time he was very young. You could see the light in his eyes when he talked about that subject. You know you have a good doctor when you can tell that he chose his career because he genuinely wants to help people.
