The staff has been stellar in their grasp of the fine details and their quick resolution of issues; their tolerance of my ignorance is commendable - it takes patience on their part. 3/24/17 I hired information analytics over a year ago to create an inventory management, invoicing,…read moreand customer database web page for an online business. $30,000 later and I cannot even create an invoice, make a shipping label, or manage inventory. I received no formal training, every time I went in there we just reviewed everything that needed to be changed. Apparently that was my training, even though we never even passed the point of making an invoice. I have submitted 3 pages of questions, to which I was told if I wanted them answered or any training I would have to pay them an additional $145 an hour! They are claiming the webpage is completed but over half of it is not working! Is it too much to ask to have the "finished product" working and be trained on how to use it??? I am now forced to hire an attorney to get them to complete their end of the contract. Update 4/10/17 After filing a complaint with the BBB, posting negative reviews, and contacting an attorney, I received a call from upper management. At this time, they are working to fix the problems and answer my questions. They did admit that updates broke the program, because it was not designed right, and they are working on fixing it. I asked if the program were to break in the future, due to being designed incorrectly, would they stand behind their work and fix it or try to charge me? I have received no response. I am so disappointed that I had to post public complaints in order to even get a call, but I am extremely grateful that they are now in contact with me and working on completing the contract. I will continue to post updates about the communication and progress of them completing the project.
