This was our first time to Bodhifit and my friend's first yoga class. Having practiced yoga for over 15 years and an amazing yoga instructor near my hometown, I was not sure about how Bodhifit's class and instructor would be... However, I was blown away by Jo's fun and outgoing personalities and her incredibly articulate and clear instructions. She made the head stand such an easy task. She was hands on and supportive. My friend will most likely return to Bodhifit to practice yoga and I also plan to return when I am visiting the area again. Thank you Bodhifit and Keep up the good work of attracting amazing instructors like Jo.

The accommodations were very comfortable. I had everything I needed. You have to be mentally prepared to commit, and open minded or you will not fully appreciate the experience in my opinion. It's not for everyone. There was a great deal of sitting, group participation, and patience required. The agenda is pretty full and subject to change, so not a lot of downtime, but that is what you came for. The food was delicious and all vegetarian. There is no alcohol and no alcohol allowed on premises; not a complaint just a disclosure. Whether you are new to the practice or consider yourself an expert, I think you will gain something from this place. If you're ready to go inside and you are not afraid of what you might find, I highly recommend Setu Vermont.

He's really gently encouraging, kind, and yet the class is challenging physically. His explanations are straightforward and pacing is just right. I tend to be someone who either wants to exercise (boot camp, body pump, boxing) or meditate (sit on a cushion), but this class actually combined the two well. I did not realize that was possible. I also like that the class was a full two hours. I also felt that I learned a lot, despite having done yoga fairly regularly for over a year now. I feel so grateful for this experience. Practical information: The studio itself is simple, no-nonsense, and decorated nicely. I really appreciated that. The costs are reasonable and schedule accommodating. There's parking nearby, as well as a lot to do. Their logo has a cat... quirky! I like :)
