They do wash clothes, but they don't allow you to wash them. They don't have parking. You must be "buzzed" in to do a laundry drop off.

I thought Italians didn't like using the dryer, but the white cloud Launderette definitely use the dryer on a new pair of pants that I had only worn once. I guess they don't like to check the washing instructions, so if you have cheap things, then maybe this place would be OK for you, but be forewarned. The pants are expensive and now they are ruined. You won't find too many laundromats in the area, and certainly none that are open late in the evenings or on weekends, but this place is a gem. Free wifi and comfortable couches. It's also the same price whether you stay there yourself and do it or whether you leave it and they do it for you (including folding). We were in Rome for a few days and wanted to have some laundry done before moving on with our trip. We found this laundry on the map, and it had good reviews, so we made our way over there. The couple were very nice, and took our laundry at around 10:00 am, and told us it would be ready by 6:00 pm. We arrived back at around 6:15 and everything was ready. It was clean, smelled very fresh, everything was nicely folded and it was very affordable. We stayed for a week in this neighborhood and I sure was happy to have this little laundry mat nearby. Unbelievably clean (especially by US standards) and the owners went out of their way to be nice. I dropped off both times, but it can be self service as well. The clothes were beautifully folded and put into a bag for me to pick up in just a few hours. Smelled great too. This place is easy to miss in the street since the doorway is set back a bit. I walked past it 3 times before I found it. My husband read that if you are going to Italy for a while you should only pack five days worth and go to a laundry so that is what we did. I wrote down the address and gave it to a cabby for us to bring our laundry and after driving down some very tiny winding streets we came to a street where the car couldn't go down. "We're here" said the cabby, go down that alley and it's a few doors down. I thought oh no what the hell have we done. My wife and I used them our last day in Rome before heading to Munich. Absolutely, the best money we've spent for laundry. We had two loads of laundry (whites and darks) and it was €23. She was very friendly when we met her. Her English better than my Italian and we were able to understand each other and how we wanted our clothes washed. We were able to drop the clothes off, wander around Rome and not sit in a laundry mat doing our laundry. We returned and the clothes smelled amazing, she got the olive oil stain out of my wife's sweater, and everything was very nicely folded.
