A total lifesaver for travelers! With limited time in Rome, the last thing I wanted to do was babysit my laundry. So I dropped off my laundry at 10:45am and picked it up clean, dry, and folded(!) at 1:30pm the same day. I can't speak to treatment of very delicate items but casual travel clothes went through just fine and smelled fresh. Pricing is very reasonable for full service laundry and same day service in general, let alone factoring in the cost in time on one's holiday. Highly recommend if you're ever in need in the Eternal City. read more

I could definitely get used to having my laundry done for me. My HOTEL sent me down here and I thought it was a self Launderette. I was slightly worried because sometimes some of the laundry services use high temperatures. My clothes smelled great and were neatly folded I couldn't believe it was only €15 I gave a five euro tip because they are amazing. read more

Such a great place. The owners were so nice and laundry was dry and folded same day I dropped it off. Definitely recommend! I will be going back. read more

We were so pleased with the service we received at White Cloud Laundrette. I found it on my map and it was also recommended by our hotel's reception desk. They are very friendly and quick and our clothes were clean and folded in about 3.5 hours, even though they said they were busy. If you are looking for a friendly laundry service, look no further! read more

Lifesaving ! Dropped our clothes before closing time, picked them up next day when they opened. Service is good and fast. Clothes came in folded, they smelled good and had no stains! read more

From the warm greeting to receiving your cleaned and folded clothes at the end. The owner was kind and very accommodating. In addition, the cost was very reasonable. We dropped off in the morning and we were told we could pick up the same day. I highly recommend White Cloud and support their highly earned rating. We will be using them the next time we return to Rome. read more

Wonderful!! I would love to know what brand laundry soap and softener they use because it smells amazing!!

This was the easiest and most straightforward decision I make in Rome. I dropped a load off and 3 hours later it was done. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended! read more

Very clean and tidy place, great attention to detail. Drop off your laundry and Claudio will take good care of it in a couple of hours, with a smile. He runs a tight ship. Highly recommended. read more

Clothes washed, dried, folded, and returned as promised and well within the promised time frame. Save yourself any worries and let Claudio or Ada help you out! Perfetto! read more

I had a very easy, wonderful experience. I dropped my clothes off at 4:30 before my travel plans that night and picked them up at 10:00 am the next morning. They were perfectly folded and my whites were separated. Very affordable. The man working was so so kind. read more

Amazing service, best 16€ I spent on my trip so far. I travel light with only six shirts and a few shorts so I didn't have much laundry to have washed. Excellent service even still underrated! read more

Was recommended through our Airbnb host - in which we stayed directly across the street. Dropped our clothes off at 3pm and they were washed, folded, and packed away in our bags by 7:15pm. This was a HUGE life saver and I am so grateful for the convenience of their services! read more

My Airbnb did a hook and switch. He had a washer but no dryer. And I needed my laundry done as I was staying in Rome for 2 weeks! This place is a life saver! All the clothes came back washed, cleaned, and folded in one day turn around. Grazie Mille! read more

Claudio and White Cloud Laundrette are fantastic. He is kind, customer-focused, and reliable. I had clothes washed and dried here while in Rome. Asked for some to be washed and dried normally, and others to be washed and dried delicately. They all came back exactly as ordered, folded, and in brand new bags. I accidentally arrived very early to pickup the clothes and Claudio made sure to get them done for me, despite my bad timing. I highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things, thank you Claudio! read more

Would use again! I came here as my hotel didn't offer laundry services. PROS --Super nice people --They run a nice business and like to do a good job --Clothes were cleaned and folded in 24 hours CONS Some of my clothes were folded inside out, so that was strange, but of no real consequence. read more

We needed laundry done desperately and white cloud came through. We took in a huge bag and they washed, dried and folded, all ready to go the same day. €22 total and a good value. read more

They do wash clothes, but they don't allow you to wash them. They don't have parking. You must be "buzzed" in to do a laundry drop off.

I feel so lucky to have stayed nearby. What a great experience from beginning to end. I dropped off my clothes and they were ready for pickup less than 24 hours later in excellent condition and smelling more clean than when I wash them at home. Very reasonable pricing as well. Look no further. read more

I thought Italians didn't like using the dryer, but the white cloud Launderette definitely use the dryer on a new pair of pants that I had only worn once. I guess they don't like to check the washing instructions, so if you have cheap things, then maybe this place would be OK for you, but be forewarned. The pants are expensive and now they are ruined. Buyer beware read more

Ruined/Lost over $500 worth of clothes!! Lost multiple clothing items and dyed/stained half of our laundry blue. When we went back the first time asking about the lost articles, they had attitude and blamed it on us. When we went back a week later about the stained clothing, they denied it ever happening and said that they did not do it. NEVER going back again- do not go here especially if you are American! read more

Our AirBnB had a broken washer and we desperately needed clean clothes for the second leg of our international trip. White Cloud was efficient, reasonably priced, kind and incredibly professional. If you are in need of clean clothes, this is the place to go. Highly recommend. read more

Very convenient. Claudio was super cool. I had ran out of clothes without noticing. He let me get my wash some very quickly. The wash cycle is 30 Mins. The dry is another 14 mins. NO NEED TO BUY DETERGENT AS IT IS AUTOMATICALLY PUMPED INTO MACHINES. Another very important fact, you can drop off and they will do it for you AND fold, so you can not lose time seeing Rome. read more

This was wonderful. Dropped our laundry, they gave us a price, we came back a few hours later it was washed, dried and folded, and the price turned out to be less. The clothes smelled wonderful. The one fellow speaks English very well. Both operators were very friendly. would highly recommend their service if laundry is needed on the road. read more

The owner was so kind and helpful- he truly went above and beyond and genuinely cared to do a good job. You can drop off your clothing and pick up same day. The business is locked for security and you buzz to be let in. My clothes were even folded upon pickup. read more

You won't find too many laundromats in the area, and certainly none that are open late in the evenings or on weekends, but this place is a gem. Free wifi and comfortable couches. It's also the same price whether you stay there yourself and do it or whether you leave it and they do it for you (including folding). If you don't want the fabric softener added (everything is done automatically) let him know and he'll make sure it doesn't get added. read more

Long overdue review as we came and utilized them last November. However, I'm about to go back again today! They don't overcharge... only what's needed for the machines and they fold for us as well! What else do you need? Super nice couple and I tipped them because you're essentially getting personal laundry service for the price of coin op... This will be your go to if you're an avid traveler and a repeat guest of Rome! read more

In Rome for 10 days before a week long cruise and another 5 days in Greece, we desperately needed to wash some of our clothes. Found this place online and the good reviews were accurate. We did a large basket of clothes for €30, washed and folded for us. The owners are very nice. Highly recommend!! read more

We were in Rome for a few days and wanted to have some laundry done before moving on with our trip. We found this laundry on the map, and it had good reviews, so we made our way over there. The couple were very nice, and took our laundry at around 10:00 am, and told us it would be ready by 6:00 pm. We arrived back at around 6:15 and everything was ready. It was clean, smelled very fresh, everything was nicely folded and it was very affordable. I would highly recommend them if you have a need for wash and fold services (they also have machines where you can do your own wash)! read more

We stayed for a week in this neighborhood and I sure was happy to have this little laundry mat nearby. Unbelievably clean (especially by US standards) and the owners went out of their way to be nice. I dropped off both times, but it can be self service as well. The clothes were beautifully folded and put into a bag for me to pick up in just a few hours. Smelled great too. This place is easy to miss in the street since the doorway is set back a bit. I walked past it 3 times before I found it. They were open at 10:00am and closed at 6:30 during the week, but I'm unsure of their weekend hours. read more

I wish I could give 11 stars! Great location, great service, very professional and reasonable pricing! Staying in a B&B around the corner, and able to get same-day wash and fold for a reasonable price. Claudio and his partner were extremely friendly and paid attention to a special garment request. Claudio is also able to speak English. read more

Amazing! We have been traveling through Italy and laundry piles up! Decided to go here because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed ! The lady and gentleman that work there (I believe are husband and wife and are the owners) are so very, very nice and professional! We dropped off our laundry in the morning and came back at 7 pm to pick them up they were washed , dried and folded for 16 euros . Beats hand washing them in the hotel sink! The place is clean , modern and nice ! Highly recommend ! read more

My husband read that if you are going to Italy for a while you should only pack five days worth and go to a laundry so that is what we did. I wrote down the address and gave it to a cabby for us to bring our laundry and after driving down some very tiny winding streets we came to a street where the car couldn't go down. "We're here" said the cabby, go down that alley and it's a few doors down. I thought oh no what the hell have we done. After passing a little boutique and a bookbinders in the alley in fact we did find this laundromat. Fair price and clean - absolutely we recommend it! read more

I'm an American visiting Italy for 3 weeks and my first Airbnb in Rome did not have a washer. Thank goodness I found this place because they are amazing! Cost 17 euros to clean my bag of laundry and they do it themselves as well as fold! I was going to do it myself but they said it was easier for them to do it since they had a line of work so I dropped off at 10am, did some touristy stuff and picked up at 6pm. read more

Super clean place. Super nice man and woman team. The gentleman speaks English well, is very nice and gentle, and did a great job. Did drop off wash and fold. 2 hours. Around 15 euros (I think???) per load. They did an excellent job. Clothes were laundered well, folded very neatly (better than I can do at home!), and put in nice sturdy bags. What a nice place to have when traveling through the country. We packed 6 days of clothes, carried everything on board the plane, and used this place by Piazza Navona. Definitely a 5 star! read more

My wife and I used them our last day in Rome before heading to Munich. Absolutely, the best money we've spent for laundry. We had two loads of laundry (whites and darks) and it was €23. She was very friendly when we met her. Her English better than my Italian and we were able to understand each other and how we wanted our clothes washed. We were able to drop the clothes off, wander around Rome and not sit in a laundry mat doing our laundry. We returned and the clothes smelled amazing, she got the olive oil stain out of my wife's sweater, and everything was very nicely folded. When we come back to Rome, we will go out of our way to use her. read more

The team there were great! All the reviews were true. You can drop off "fluff and fold" or do it yourself. 2 small bags cost is 14 E. To drop off and took 24 hrs. Thank you! read more

This place was a god send! The lovely woman who was running the place was warm and friendly and very accommodating. My husband and I had been in Rome for over a week and desperately needed clean clothes. The place was close to Piazza Navona, tucked away down a little side street. It was clean and bright. We had a lot of laundry and it was finished and folded beautifully in a little over 2 hours. We highly recommend this spot. The reviews are all correct! Add our rave to the list! read more
