This place was across the street from my hotel. 5 euros for a load of laundry and 5 euros to dry it. Detergent is provided for a small fee. Although its a self wash kind of place, there is a guy there (who speaks english) that doest deal with your clothes but watches it if maybe you wanna wait somewhere else for your cycle to be done. Lavarapido was closed the morning we had to do our laundry, we pivoted and choose Punto Blu. WISE DECISION. We walked in and we were met by a nice quiet guy who explained to us how everything worked. 30 mins for wash. 45 mins for dry. He didn't accept cards but there was an ATM right outside. It was about 11 Euros for a small load. Wash and Dry. We came back in an hour and everything was ready to go. (not folded but who cares.) The price was reasonable. Great spot. read more

Honestly don't know why this place has so many 5 star reviews. Came here to wash two loads of laundry (large washer/dryer and medium washer/small dryer) and cost us €60 (he also charged us €2 per load for soap. You're better off buying your own soap). Did the job quickly and efficiently but to pay that much for self service wash is insane. My husband grabbed a small plastic bag to put some of his folded laundry into and the owner aggressively told us that it cost €0.50... crazy. We had to use big trash bags from our hotel, so if you can, find something to bring your laundry to and from. Especially after we just paid that much money to just wash and dryer two loads of laundry. Save yourself the money and either fly back home with dirty clothes or find somewhere else. read more

Dropped my bag of 5 sets of underwear (undershirt, boxer briefs, and socks) on Tuesday around 4 pm. I was given a pink receipt and instructed to bring it back the next day. My clothes were washed, dried, and folded by 5 pm the next day for €8 Euros. The bed and breakfast I stayed at would have charged me €30 Euros for the same service. American traveling in Italy in 2019. Had a two week trip with Rome being in the center. We were able to drop off our clothes and pick them up the next day. It was affordable, easy, and they came back smelling fresh, folded, and even put back into our bag. Can't thank them enough. We NEEDED to do laundry. After visiting several cities we looked around and found this place. They close at 9pm and we got there just in time; they were helpful and very easy to deal with. We left our stuff and picked up the next day. Price was reasonable, they dry-cleaned also and had everything ready the next day. It's within walking distance to St Regis Hotel and many other hotels so it was very convenient and much less expensive than a hotel. They charge by weight and dry clean by piece. Didn't spend more than 30 € for me and my wife's stuff and 1/2 dozen dry clean pieces so about the same price we would've pay back home. Spent a week in Greece and had no clean clothes left for Italy. Found this place on yelp and it was a scant 30 minute walk from our hotel which wanted to charge us 4 euros per pair of socks to get them washed. When we arrived we were greeted in English and informed that our whole bag of laundry was going to cost 9 Euros and would be ready in 3 hours. When we returned our laundry was washed, dried, and folded ready for us to take back to the hotel. This is the best "Self Service" anything I've done! Highly recommended. read more

So much for self-service. Like fellow Yelper William Y. says, it means you literally carry it inside, where they "weigh" and they take it from there to wash, dry, and fold. You can pick it up a few hours later. The overall experience was fine. They speak Mandarin, English, and Italian here. Minus one star because they did not say anything about my favorite Timberland beanie whose pom-pom top was attached PRIOR handing it over and when we picked up, they handed the hat and now *detached* pom-pom back to me atop our neatly folded stack of laundry. Hmmm... how do you even ask what happened in Mandarin or Italian?! :\ For 13euros for two week's worth of two people's clothing, we said hey whatever - happy to have freshly laundered stuff. Good thing I didn't hand over my tights and delicate shirts! They seem to do well washing cotton-based items and even did OK with our Patagonia and North Face jackets. I do recommend this place since it's not only convenient, but it's fairly priced and efficient. Just watch out for your more delicate or favorite items! read more

Whoohoo..... Self service means you take it there yourself. Then pay per pound and they will wash it, dry it fold it. Then take a taxi to your hotel and stop on the way there to pick it up. I will definately travel even ligher next time. read more

So happy with the service! We've been traveling through Europe for a little over a week and we still have a week left to go and we really needed to do laundry. I found this place on Yelp and read lots of good reviews; it was also one of the few places nearest us that was open on a Sunday. Also, I had read a lot of the reviews that mentioned the people there spoke English which was nice because I was worried about how laundromats here worked. We arrived at the laundromat at 13:30 with a full carry on size roller board suitcase. We didn't really feel like wasting our only day in Rome waiting for clothes to wash and dry so we asked about the laundry service. We were told he could wash and dry our clothes and have ready by 17:00. He had us separate our clothes into the loads we wanted it washed as, weighed it and gave us our total of €27. He asked if we wanted to leave our suitcase, we said yes and he told us that he would wash, dry, fold and pack it back in our suitcase. So helpful! We came back at 16:30 and our laundry was ready to go! We were so pleased with his service and would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rome. read more

Yes Yes YES! Dropped off laundry by 10:00 and it was ready for pick-up by 18:30 for 22€. I was even able to customize the loads - hot water for one bag and cold water for another. The self-service seemed busy when I stopped into the shop, but did not use those services. Location was good as well - on a busy street, easily accessible by the Metro or Taxi. read more

We first went to another laundry mat that was closer to where we were staying but it was dirty, machines broken and only a couple for use for do it you self. There was people already waiting so we looked on yelp and found this place. The charge you by weight and wash and fold in a few hours time. It freed up our morning to get out and have fun and went back before dinner to pick up. They did a good job and I felt the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place of business. We are a family of 4 on a month long trip so getting our clothes freshened up as necessary. Too many machines broken. Only 4 washers working and 3 dryers working, that's it! Plus the dryers only have one setting "hot" and cannot be adjusted. Get there when they first open or you're going to be waiting for a long time to use the machines. read more

Definitely cheaper for self service but drop off services are only 1EU per pound which isn't bad for the convenience. The gentleman who works there speaks English well. He asked us about sorting laundry (I had done it before leaving hotel) or if there were any specific details he needed. Laundry was done on time as promised. Wash, dry, folded. We did get an extra sock from another customer (it was clean though!) which we dropped off later. So easy! Located between Termini station and Cavour, closer to Cavour, this laundry has long hours (open until 9:30 on Saturdays) and good service. We had a medium sized load which was 18€ to wash and dry. Since we were stuck in the Vatican Museum all day (and I do mean stuck! with a million of our closest friends) it was great to pick up our clean clothes. The woman who spoke with us seems to speak three languages well: Chinese we think, Italian, and English. I'm lucky I can speak English well on a good day and it's my first language! read more

Don't even think about using your hotel laundry service, drag your stuff here, save a ton of money and you'll be a happy camper. "Self-service" meant hand your funky, fuming clothes to the nice ladies at the counter, they weigh them and charge by the kilo to wash, dry, and fold them back to presentable shape. Only 18€ for a giant heavy suitcase full of funk for two. Took a few hours, so go see the sights and relax. Close to the Cavour metro stop, walking distance to the Colosseum. Punto Blu was a lifesaver whilst on a European vacation for our family of four. As the Yelper have said, the family running the laundry mat took on our weeks worth of dirties and had it washed, dried and folded within four hours for 15 euros. What would have taken us most of a precious touring day in Rome, we were free to go and pick up upon arrival. We actually had a bit of a crisis as we came to them after having just misplaced our cellphone. They were extremely helpful and were a big part of helping us find it. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day but I didn't have a great experience. I paid 5 extra euros more (14) to get it low heat dried but then my clothes came back with pilling on on them! We went over the directions at least three times. They must have forgotten and threw them in on high temp dry. The worst thing was that they gave me someone else's socks and I am loosing a pair of my own socks. read more
