We dropped off our clothes by 8 am in the morning & they were ready in the evening at our hotel lobby by 7 pm. Great for a long trip where you can want to get laundry done but don't want to stay at a laundromat. It was 64 euros for a quarter zip sweater, two t-shirts, two pants, seven undergarments and seven socks. Returned pressed and everything so nice! read more

Buon servizio e puntualita' oltre alla possibilita' di pagare con bancomat o carta di credito, ci tornero' sicuramente

Our hotel recommended Cinderella, We dropped off 1/2 pillowcase filled with 5 days of dirty clothing to be washed on our way to the Vatican. Seven hours later on our way back to the hotel we walked past Cinderella and picked up our clothing. We were told that they accept credit and there was a sign indicating so in the window but once we arrived we would told that they were off-line. Our bag of laundry was $30, smells clean, was nicely folded and every sock was there. We recommend Cinderella wash, but bring cash! read more

Clean place and very honest . My husband left his sunglasses in pants pocket and they had it on top of the bag when I picked up our laundry. Great service and my clothes smells divine . Would definitely use again when I am back in town. read more

Super nice people. Dropped off the laundry in the morning and picked it up same day. Very responsive when calling. Highly recommended!

The good news is I got my clothes back, the person ahead of me was told to come the next day. Now the not so good - the credit card machine was broken and they did not have any change so I had to wander the neighborhood looking for someone that would break a $20 euro bill, half the clothes are pretty damp so scattered around my Airbnb to finish drying, laundry was not folded just stuffed into a plastic bag so everything will need to be ironed. Avoid if at all possible. read more

If you're staying near the Vatican or in Prati, this is the place to go if you need quick and easy laundry service. My husband and I were in Rome for our honeymoon and we were in dire need of a place to wash and dry our clothes before leaving the country. We found Cinderella Wash on Google and Yelp and were satisfied with their service. We dropped our bag of clothes when they opened at 9:00 AM and it was washed, dried, and folded by the end of the day around 6:00 PM. Our clothes smelled so fresh and clean! Highly recommend Cinderella Wash for your laundry needs, especially if you prefer same day service and completion (drop off/pick up) if ever you are in a rush or are on a time crunch, and for peace of mind. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because although they provide excellent service, they are quite pricey. Our 1 bag of clothes (which had 32 pieces of clothing in it from shirts to jeans, socks, etc.) costed us 30 euros ($32 USD) all together, which is pretty steep in cost, especially for just 1 bag of laundry. They also accept major credit cards as a form of payment if you prefer paying by credit card over cash. read more

My favorite thing about finding this wash was getting my clothes back within the same day! Although, I was a bit late coming for the pickup because it took a while to get my lunch bill and pay. The guy was nice about it after I had e-mailed him and let me come by later that evening. My clothes are fresh smelling and would totally use this place, if I ever come back and vacation within that area. read more

The place to take your laundry! The sweet lady took our 3 bags of laundry in the morning and we pick them up after touring during that day all washed, folded and bagged for $28 euro. Don't waste your money at the hotels, give this sweet lady your laundry:) read more

Great washing/drying service!! Prices are reasonable and they quickly return your belongings. You may even get them back the same day if you take them early enough. We dropped off a medium sized bag of women's clothes (6 tops, 2 shorts, beach mat, undies) and a small bag of men's clothes ( 2 button up shirts, 2 t shirts, boxers). The total cost was 20 euros and it was ready the next morning. The women is very nice! She mostly speaks Italian but the guy speaks English. read more

Great place for tourists to bring laundry if needed during your trip in Rome! We dropped our laundry off about 10am and it was ready by 6, all perfectly done and folded. Owner was very lovely and helpful. We did have a few dry cleaning items which were done next day - but if you need them at a certain time, say so! We had a train to catch and rushed in to pick up, but had to wait another 20 minutes which almost made us late for the train! read more

We were able to drop off a bag of laundry and pick it up within a few hours. They are FRIENDLY and REASONABLY PRICED. I would definitely recommend Them for anyone needing laundry service while on vacation. Their conveniently located near the Vatican. read more

Fantastic service and great results!! My husband and I are on a trip around the world and in each location we have stopped to do laundry. In Rome, we wanted to climb St. Peter's so we found Cinderella's and dropped off our laundry with them around 11. At first glance we didn't know if we had made a good decision but upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly man who, although he didn't speak a lot of English, helped us and made sure he understood what we wanted before we left. We returned at 3 to clean clothes, washed exactly as we requested (no colors ran, the clothes that couldn't be dried were hanging waiting for us). We would HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone in the area needing laundry services. read more

I rely heavily on Yelp when searching for services at home. And now, I can report that Yelp has come through again while vacationing in Europe. By the time I reached Rome, my laundry bag contained more clothing items than my suitcase! Although my stay at the River Palace Hotel has been fantastic, their laundry pricing was through-the-roof expensive. And though Cinderella Laundry wasn't at the top of the search results, and they weren't the closest, I suffer the same ranking circumstance as a Criminal Defense Attorney in Southern California, so I opted to give them my business. The owner was very friendly, the cost was VERY reasonable, and the work was Fantastic! We dropped off our clothes, went on the nearby Vatican tour, and picked up our freshly laundered and folded clothes on the way back to the Hotel. If you need their services during your time in Rome, trust Cinderella to do an excellent job!!! JoeS. read more

We arrived in Rome on 4/28 from Florence. We went straight here with about a week's worth of clothing. We were greeted by a nice and charming man, Remo or Rimo. We gave him our clothes and he said it would be done the following day (Friday) at 500 PM. When we got our clothes the next day, we made a mistake about not checking it right there and then. When my wife checked it that evening, we were missing about 4 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of underwear, and about 2 blouses. We called Saturday with the help of a tour guide, Remo said he remembered us and to come back. We went and he failed to tell us he was closing shortly after we called. We came back on Monday and he handed us a bag with an additional blouse and a pair of socks. Still missing a blouse and some socks, and underwear. While the clothes we got were clean, my wife's blouse and pants had different stains and holes on them that had to be thrown away. We went back a third time to talk to Remo and he just said, "that if i find them, I'll send them to your hotel." That never happened with no follow up and no compensation. I CANNOT support or recommend this business. read more

Excellent service, friendly staff. Dropped off a small bag of clothes, only cost $15 euros, washed and folded. Definitely recommend.

What a gem! Dropped our clothe in the morning, went to the Vatican and St. Peter's came back in the afternoon and our clothe were washed, dried, folded and smelled great! A weeks worth of laundry for 4 people at a totally reasonable price! And the lady was super nice! Great experience! read more

Great customer service. We didn't realize it was a holiday the following day when we dropped off two weeks worth of clothes at 2pm. They washed, dried and folded all that in 2 1/2 hours just so we could have our clothes before the holiday. So nice! Thanks! read more

I highly recommend Cinderella Wash. They washed everything as we requested and folded it nicely. No more wrinkles than normal folded laundry. Laundry was clean, ready when we requested and smelled fantastic. People were super friendly and had no troubles even with the language barrier. Even gave us our bags back. :) Highly recommend. read more

Came on a Saturday morning right when they opened. We packed light knowing we were going to laundry. We were very lucky to come across Cinderella Wash. The gentleman was extremely helpful and spoke English. We didn't drop off our clothes because we had certain items that only needed to be dried half way. So as our clothes dried we hung out inside. We also personally folded our clothes but you can drop them off and pick up same day. The detergent is also included with wash. Currently wearing my pajamas that I washed and I can still smell the detergent. Smells absolutely lovely, better than my detergent back home. Highly recommend this place. read more

Perfect for a visitor to Rome who needs to do laundry. There is an attendant who helps with the machines. He puts the coins in and selects the desired settings, at the end you pay him the total (so there is no need for small coins). Prices seemed reasonable (I can't remember what they were exactly - we paid about 20 euros for 2 loads wash and dry). Detergent is included in the price. read more

Great laundry place for travelers. You have the option of washing it on your own by using their laundry machines with help of attendant or leaving it there for them to wash it. We didnt want to wait so we dropped one medium size load of laundry at around 10am and picked it up around 6pm on the same day all clean and nicely folded on a new clean clear bag for just 15 euros. It was worth it for us. Will definitely be back again when in Rome. read more

Dropped off laundry at 9am and picked up same day at 4pm. €15 for a load of laundry wash and fold. Huge savings vs. hotel rates!

We were extremely pleased with their service. We dropped two loads of laundry on the way to our Vatican tour at 9am and were able to pick it up before 4 pm. The laundry was not only cleaned but ironed, folded and repacked in our suitcase at a very reasonable cost. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them. read more

We used this cleaning service while in Rome, and it was good. Brought in a large bag of laundry with mixed items, and was charged 20€. Male owner speaks good English and was very helpful. They turned our laundry around in one day. We dropped off in the AM and picked it up later that day. read more

The most friendly and welcoming man who speaks decent English met us as we walked in. My wife and I both had a shopping bag full weighing together, about 10kg. We dropped off at 1000 and he asked us what time we would like them so we projected for 4pm with visiting the Vatican museum being our intention for most of the day. We came back to pick up at 2pm as we had finished early and our clothes were already finished, washed, dried, folded and bagged up. $20 Euro do everything!!! Don't get your laundry done at the hotel, give this man your business!!! read more
