Our hotel recommended Cinderella, We dropped off 1/2 pillowcase filled with 5 days of dirty clothing to be washed on our way to the Vatican. Seven hours later on our way back to the hotel we walked past Cinderella and picked up our clothing. We were told that they accept credit and there was a sign indicating so in the window but once we arrived we would told that they were off-line. Our bag of laundry was $30, smells clean, was nicely folded and every sock was there. We recommend Cinderella wash, but bring cash! read more

The good news is I got my clothes back, the person ahead of me was told to come the next day. Now the not so good - the credit card machine was broken and they did not have any change so I had to wander the neighborhood looking for someone that would break a $20 euro bill, half the clothes are pretty damp so scattered around my Airbnb to finish drying, laundry was not folded just stuffed into a plastic bag so everything will need to be ironed. My husband and I were in Rome for our honeymoon and we were in dire need of a place to wash and dry our clothes before leaving the country. We found Cinderella Wash on Google and Yelp and were satisfied with their service. We dropped our bag of clothes when they opened at 9:00 AM and it was washed, dried, and folded by the end of the day around 6:00 PM. Our clothes smelled so fresh and clean! Highly recommend Cinderella Wash for your laundry needs, especially if you prefer same day service and completion (drop off/pick up) if ever you are in a rush or are on a time crunch, and for peace of mind. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because although they provide excellent service, they are quite pricey. Our 1 bag of clothes (which had 32 pieces of clothing in it from shirts to jeans, socks, etc.) costed us 30 euros ($32 USD) all together, which is pretty steep in cost, especially for just 1 bag of laundry. They also accept major credit cards as a form of payment if you prefer paying by credit card over cash. read more

Great washing/drying service!! Prices are reasonable and they quickly return your belongings. You may even get them back the same day if you take them early enough. We dropped off a medium sized bag of women's clothes (6 tops, 2 shorts, beach mat, undies) and a small bag of men's clothes ( 2 button up shirts, 2 t shirts, boxers). I rely heavily on Yelp when searching for services at home. And now, I can report that Yelp has come through again while vacationing in Europe. By the time I reached Rome, my laundry bag contained more clothing items than my suitcase! Although my stay at the River Palace Hotel has been fantastic, their laundry pricing was through-the-roof expensive. And though Cinderella Laundry wasn't at the top of the search results, and they weren't the closest, I suffer the same ranking circumstance as a Criminal Defense Attorney in Southern California, so I opted to give them my business. We dropped off our clothes, went on the nearby Vatican tour, and picked up our freshly laundered and folded clothes on the way back to the Hotel. Great place for tourists to bring laundry if needed during your trip in Rome! We dropped our laundry off about 10am and it was ready by 6, all perfectly done and folded. Owner was very lovely and helpful. We did have a few dry cleaning items which were done next day - but if you need them at a certain time, say so! In Rome, we wanted to climb St. Peter's so we found Cinderella's and dropped off our laundry with them around 11. At first glance we didn't know if we had made a good decision but upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly man who, although he didn't speak a lot of English, helped us and made sure he understood what we wanted before we left. We arrived in Rome on 4/28 from Florence. We went straight here with about a week's worth of clothing. We were greeted by a nice and charming man, Remo or Rimo. We gave him our clothes and he said it would be done the following day (Friday) at 500 PM. When we got our clothes the next day, we made a mistake about not checking it right there and then. When my wife checked it that evening, we were missing about 4 pairs of socks, 5 pairs of underwear, and about 2 blouses. We called Saturday with the help of a tour guide, Remo said he remembered us and to come back. We went and he failed to tell us he was closing shortly after we called. We came back on Monday and he handed us a bag with an additional blouse and a pair of socks. Still missing a blouse and some socks, and underwear. While the clothes we got were clean, my wife's blouse and pants had different stains and holes on them that had to be thrown away. We went back a third time to talk to Remo and he just said, "that if i find them, I'll send them to your hotel." That never happened with no follow up and no compensation. Came on a Saturday morning right when they opened. We packed light knowing we were going to laundry. We were very lucky to come across Cinderella Wash. The gentleman was extremely helpful and spoke English. We didn't drop off our clothes because we had certain items that only needed to be dried half way. So as our clothes dried we hung out inside. We also personally folded our clothes but you can drop them off and pick up same day. The detergent is also included with wash. Currently wearing my pajamas that I washed and I can still smell the detergent. Smells absolutely lovely, better than my detergent back home. Highly recommend this place. read more

Perfect for a visitor to Rome who needs to do laundry. There is an attendant who helps with the machines. He puts the coins in and selects the desired settings, at the end you pay him the total (so there is no need for small coins). Great laundry place for travelers. You have the option of washing it on your own by using their laundry machines with help of attendant or leaving it there for them to wash it. We didnt want to wait so we dropped one medium size load of laundry at around 10am and picked it up around 6pm on the same day all clean and nicely folded on a new clean clear bag for just 15 euros. The most friendly and welcoming man who speaks decent English met us as we walked in. My wife and I both had a shopping bag full weighing together, about 10kg.
