This location has been around since my high school days and I hope they never go away! The food is always delicious! Its your typical white castle menu. The jalapeño slider is my fave. Their fries taste better then McDonald and Burger king put together. Service isnt the best sometimes but they are always nice to me and I only say that because it can take a lil time to get your food but besides that this is a great location and the food is good and I try to stop by when Im in the area read more

I not had white castle in awhile and I bit into a chicken ring. It had two small pieces of plastic was in it. Which turned me off eating the rest of of my meal. I was so hurt and upset I gave the rest of the rings to my dogs and they were even choking. Not going to eat here for awhile. Just ruin my whole thing about white castle. Ugggh. read more

This restaurant has been on this corner for some time and every time I go in there I expect it to have one change. I expect it to be clean in the dining area. But I must say they are consistent in not doing that. I do not know what their business population was prior to my visit to day but the dining area was not clean at all. I was so excited to try the new White Castle beef brisket slider. I waited in the Drive-Thru line and had to pull over to the waiting area because the brisket sliders weren't ready yet. I just knew they were going to come out hot and fresh. Boy was I wrong. They were dry, cold and barely had any meat on the bun let alone barbeque sauce and crispy onions. I think they pulled this meat out of the garbage. I was so disappointed. I couldn't even eat them I just gave them to my dogs. It was a choke sandwich. If you're going to come out with a new slider you need to come correct otherwise don't advertise it. read more

I have to wonder why customer service seems to suck with African Americans because I ordered some fries and a cheese stick the girl who took my order was kind of snippy saying "Did you hear me?" some of these broads don't know how to speak to people in a professional manner. Some of these establishments need to stop employing hoodrats to work for them. Seems the hood culture has brought down the quality of service jobs across the board. Ask for your food fresh because they will give you some old hard bun burger that has been sitting for a while.

Notorious for giving out the wrong order. Lawrence Bowie (the manager) was uninterested in giving me a refund AFTER his employee told me to come back. He showed absolutely no concern. My husband I went here on 9/14/16, we ordered what I thought was a simple order. I wanted a #12 then an extra breakfast slider both with NO MEAT, I do not eat beef or pork. My husband ordered a #1 with cheese. Not only did the guy taking the order have a hard time completing my order, or at least understanding it, but when my husband broke the order down for him for the last time (after repeating it 3 other times) and making sure it was right on the screen, we get the order and it is wrong. I told my husband, as we were waiting on the order, that I thought they would get the order wrong and I was more than right. Not only did my order have meat on it but it also had a TON of onions on it. So of course, we sent the order back and asked for no meat on the food. This restaurant had the nerve to give me the "correct" order by only removing the onions and the meat from the sandwich and send it back to me. How disgusting, first of all, secondly how dare you mess my order up then correct it by half-ass fixing it. I was so upset that not only did I lose my appetite but I went back into the restaurant to talk to the manager and get my money back. This is an absolutely BACKWARDS way of fixing someones order that YOU messed up. The manager was apologetic but I think he is the one that did it because he was the only one, I could see, making orders. I will not be back to this White Castle and I am debating on whether I want to go to any others. I am so turned off by them at this point. read more
